Called several times to make an appt, 2nd time was answered by a woman who said she’d have to call me back to make an appt. Several hours later I finally get a call back, was informed that the Groupon isn’t good for weekend appts (doesn’t say that on the fine print mind you) but I agree that it’s fine and we will pay the additional cost to come in on a Saturday. I wasn’t around my friend who was paying so I asked if I could call back with the card info-she agreed. Called back no answer, tried again in an hour (every time I called I left a voicemail) no answer, tried again an hour before

This salon is amazing. Staff is great and they do an excellent job. Its got a very nice ambiance and it was a gift for me but I heard its a good price. They take their time. Great background music and no heavy odors (aromatherapy) which worked for me, as I have asthma and allergies. Carlie and Mariah are top notch!

Therapist was nice and I was greeted when entering, but the massage room was very basic and had a fireplace that opened to the room next door which didn't feel right from a privacy standpoint. It also felt strange that other therapists were in a kitchen right next door to the room, it felt more like a home than a business. The music wasn't ready so the therapist had to go get the player and set it up. The music then ended halfway through the massage and then it was silent. The therapist was caring and kind, but unfortunately the massage itself wasn't the best. She had long fingernails that were
