Colon Hydrotherapy is an ancient therapy, dating back some 5,000 years. It is a gentle rinsing of the colon with warm water to remove the fecal matter that has been stuck on the walls of the colon, gas and mucus. This allows vital nutrients to be absorbed more easily and leaves you feeling rejuvenated and healthier.
The body is faced with loads of toxins every day. It responds by detoxifying itself through systems like the lymph glands, liver, kidneys, colon, lungs, and skin. However, the modern world is so full of toxins that the body is not always able to completely detox. That is why it is such a smart idea to look for alternate ways to detoxify the body.

Kasia and her staff is amazing, they follow up after your treatment, remind you by text of your appointment, and have the best attention to detail about every detail and mannerism. Really professional and I feel better already 2 days in to my treatment. I will use them again without a doubt and would refer them to anybody. I was apprehensive originally but glad I met them.

I don't give many reviews but I have to say how impressed I am with Kasia and her facility. When you meet someone who goes far beyond what is expected you need to speak up. The facility is well thought out, clean and organized. Everything is professionally handled from beginning to end. You couldn't be in better hands, her knowledge is outstanding and the care you get is extraordinary. As someone with cancer, I can say, I've had my share of experiences with colonics and Kasia is the best, by far!!! It's obvious she cares about her clients, I am very grateful to have found her. I feel rejuvenated

I received an appointment with Kasia as a birthday gift, and I am extremely grateful for it. The establishment was clean and inviting. Kasia made me very comfortable and was extremely professional and friendly, but above all, she was gentle. The establishment was incredibly clean, and they open the new sealed products for my hydro therapy in front of me. I booked a following appointment immediately after receiving my treatment, and I will be a continuing patron going forward. I was beyond satisfied and Kasia provided constant communication and information throughout the entirety of the therapy

I had the Colon hydrotherapy treatment and OMG, I feel great. Kasia was so patient and knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable. It was my first time and I was a little weirded out. I decided to get it done because I was feeling bloated, tired, and just all over felt blah. I tried vitamins, getting more sleep, meditation...etc but nothing made me feel better. I had it done on Wednesday and Thursday (you really need to go 2 days in a row). I feel both physically and emotionally lighter. I suggest if you are feeling the same way that you give it a try.

I have been coming to Kasia for a few months now, from the beginning she gets in tune with your specific health conditions, she is the best colon therapist by far I have found around the valley, I have tried others but nothing beats her methods, her personality is outstanding, not only she give you full attention but she can relate because she know first hand of immunity deficiency we all deal with, their location is central and super clean, you feel invited the minute you walk in, I have done colon therapy, sauna, and I going to try her massage.

This was a great experience.... Well as great an experience as a colon hydrotherapy session can be. I've never had the procedure done before, and the scheduler provided fantastic expectations for my visit. Upon arrival, she was just as friendly and a joy to be in the presence of. The facility was adorned with many healing crystals, which I am a fan of. And the hydrotherapy room was full of warm vibes and low lighting to set the perfect atmosphere for the session. Kasia was very personable and candid while performing the procedure. She made me feel as comfortable as she could while cleaning

This place is awesome!! I have been doing colonics with Kasia and she has been great. I have visited other colon hydrotherapy clinics before but I must say that she gives you a wealth of information alongside your colonics which has helped me on my path to healing. She has helped me to understand some of the things that I was doing wrong and she spotted my problem within the first session. This I truly appreciate and look forward to continuing my healing with her.

The best place to To go if you want to feel better. Kasia gives the best massages that are priced extremely low. She is an expert in her craft ask her anything about any one of the products she offers and sells and you can tell she has spent years researching what works and what doesn’t. Great massage by Kasia! I had to reschedule 3 times but soo glad I finally made it in. She was so sweet and very experienced in her work. It's very apparent she loves what she does. Great atmosphere and love that she has aromatherapy and a salt lamp going. So great that you are able to book online to see what she has available and what works with your schedule. I couldn't be happier with the treatment I've received by Kasia. Due to several ongoing issues I have been receiving a massage every month for about 8 years. My recent move to PHX meant leaving my long time therapist but finding Kasia enabled me to keep going with excellent treatment.
Kasia truly puts the needs of her clients first. I asked about a certain treatment style and she went out of her way to learn about the treatment so she could accommodate my request.

Very nice salon. I had an appointment with Stephanie for nails on a Saturday, so it was very quiet, but I could see how it would still be a nice relaxing environment even with more clients in the building. Stephanie did a lovely job on my nails and was patient as I took forever to choose a color! Thank you!

When I was told I should look into colonic hydrotherapy I had no idea where to start so I started doing research of salons in the area that provided this service and found Kasia at Healing of the Body and Mind. I felt extremely comfortable with the treatment plan that they prescribed and was thoroughly educated about the procedure and process. The facility is amazing and the staff is friendly and eager to help. A friend told me about Kasia and her services and suggested that I give her a try. I am so grateful she did. Kasia truly loves what she does and it shows during a session with her. She is very, very good at what she does. She has a certain acumen as she works on you to maximize your benefits. I always feel great in the days following a session with her. Even though I live in North Phoenix, the work she does is worth the drive.
