Just finished a Vivace package with Lauren. And, I've also had an IPL procedure with Martha. I HIGHLY recommend Turn Back Time. I left a message for Martha, the owner, and she called me back within the hour and very thoroughly explained the Vivace treatment I was most interested in (to start with). She is very knowledgeable as well as quite pleasant. She invited me to come in for a consultation and Lauren spent nearly an hour with me to give me a tour of the office plus very helpful information on Vivace as well as various other treatments after I asked about my broken capillaries which will benefits from IPL treatments. I had my first Vivace treatment last week, the day before Thanksgiving. I noticed right away the reduction in very deep lines around my mouth. There is very little pain with the treatment and none after. No downtime whatsoever - the only thing the family noticed at dinner was how great my skin looks! Martha and Lauren are fantastic in the services they provide and I can't wait to see all the improvement after the end of my series of three!

I've read the negative reviews on here and I disagree with them. I find the owner's casual, down to earth attitude to be very refreshing. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I bought a series of photo facials from them, and have just started my treatments for old red acne scars. So far so good! I would recommend!

I have been going to Turn Back Time for several years now. Martha is one of the most knowledgeable techs when it comes to laser IPL. She does a very thorough job, doesn't miss an inch. The red light therapy follow up is an added bonus to balance out the skin tone. I recently started with my arms and can't believe after 1 treatment the difference. I'm very pleased. Great prices too. I called around and everyone else was at least double!

I bought a groupon for a series of facials. So far, I've been happy with the service. If you're a Scottsdale snob, this place is probably too casual for you. I found the owner to be very nice. I will let you know the results when I'm finished with the facials.

Apt started late because I was late and she didn't freak out on me. I had to wait a little longer after that but I always figure the best things in life take time. And I never schedule a million things to do after a spa day. Bring a book if your that worried. Like Lindsey said , this isn't Snottsdale. Good grief to your attitude. The owner IS certified, her degrees are posted on the wall. It's a BBB accredited business. I know for a fact that the owner washed her hands because I heard her. And what she does with her life is her business

I was initially skeptical about this place, granted it's not the fancy day spa in North Scottsdale, but the owner/operator convinced me to try out the LED treatment & had great success with it after a few wks. Then went back for the IPL (laser) portion & found that the LED treatment may actually work better for my skin type. If you are looking for a fancy place with pampering & the overpriced ticket as well, this is not the right place for you. I bought an online deal for 2 photofacials. This "Spa" and photofacial experience was not even close to meeting expectations for the service. I've had at least 5 photofacials in the past. The equipment at this spa is extremely old and did not provide any results. I'm disappointed in the company I purchased the deal from, BuyWithMe.com and with Turn Back Time Day Spa. I feel like I completely wasted my money and my time.
