Tucked away in the back roads of what I call the little Italy of Waterbury is this little bakery that provides authentic Italian baked goods, cheeses, dried meat and other treats. I was pleasantly surprised by the family run business that serves great food and I hope it stays in business a very long time!
Oh, I stopped by to pick up Pizzagaina for Easter that was recommended by a Facebook friend.

This bakery is wonderful. I called on a Wednesday afternoon to ask if they could make a tiramisu birthday cake for my boyfriends 30th birthday on Friday. I called EVERY SINGLE bakery in the area (I'm in Northfield area) including Bristol, Southington, Farmington, Danbury, and Avon. I'm awful to wait last minute to order a specialty cake and i was about to give up and get an ice cream cake but I called them and they seriously came through. They called me right back and asked me what I wanted written on the cake and what size I wanted. The cake I ordered was a 9 inch square deliciously fresh tiramisu
