The two stars are for the nurses and dental assistants who were great. I went here because of the reviews and my fear of dentists. I had two wisdom teeth removed and a tooth adjacent to a wisdom tooth that was severely abscessed. For full disclosure I did change my procedure plan the day of surgery, as I had changed my mind about having my other two wisdom teeth removed, but I did call seven hours before my surgery. I arrived early hoping to discuss a painful cavitation and was told by the treatment coordinator that I would have to go to an Ear, Nose, and Throat Doctor about that. When I went to

Why are the blinds open in patient exam rooms on the first floor? There isn't a reason I should be able to observe strangers' dental work while walking in. No communication between the folks at the front desk and their patients. Why am I waiting an hour after my appointment time with zero explanation? If I'm expected to be on time I at least expect a reason for my appointment not being kept on their end. The lobby is loud and uninviting, and absolutely unwelcoming.

I have crazy anxiety about going to the dentist. Advance Dentistry is the only place I can go and feel comfortable, I am actually even starting to enjoy it. Kristen is an outstanding Tech who provides an amazing cleaning and wonderful experience. I am a lifer and would (and have!) recommend going here to anyone.

I love Advance Dentistry! My husband and I have been going here for years and have never had an issue. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Most of the time if I needed something else done or looked at, they've been able to offer me service the same day! Or if not, I've always been able to schedule in quickly. Love them!
