White Thorn Lodge is a family nudist campground nestled in the hills of Western Pennsylvania, about an hour from Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Erie, Canton and Wheeling. A relaxing natural haven in our more than 200 wooded acres, White Thorn offers a family friendly atmosphere, campgrounds, sports and recreational facilities, weekend events, and the opportunity for renewal that is unique to the nudist experience.
The 40' x 60' clubhouse, with its stone and concrete patio, is the focus of club social events. Members and guests attend the weekend dances with bands and DJs, dinners, meetings, Yoga and other types of exercise. A New 28' x 60' heated swimming pool, surrounding sunning deck, and in-ground conversation pool were christened in the Spring of 2013.

Services
Camping is available in a large "loop" consisting of grassed sunny and shaded sites. Multiple electric and water connection points are strategically located throughout the area. A seperate location in the "flats" is available for those with pets. A modern indoor bathhouse and a dump station are near the camping areas.

White Thorn Lodge hosts the Superbowl of Naked Volleyball every year on the weekend after Labor Day. Each year, over 90 teams participate. Teams form on Friday evening, play begins at 8am on Saturday, and elimination play starts at 8am on Sunday. Competition includes Men's AA, A and B classes, Women's AA, A and B classes, and multiple mixed C/Novice level teams.
Four rental rooms were built by the members (as were most facilities at White Thorn) and face the large open camping area. We recommend that you make a reservation (Call 724-846-5984) well in advance of a weekend visit. White Thorn Lodge will contact you to acknowledge your reservation and collect your deposit.
Innapropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the grounds, without refund of fees. Discharging of firearms; fireworks other than those sponsored by the Board at special events. No photography of any kind is permitted (except by the official camp photographer which will be announced).
