Dr Moritz has been my primary Dr for over 25 years. His care for his patients is genuine and has never waivered. I trust his advice and care without question. He has called me when I haven’t followed up when I should have on something we’ve discussed, and that simply doesn’t happen anymore. I am not eager for his retirement when he decides it is time, but I have been fortunate to have him on my health team this long.

Don’t go here if you have any sort of medical issue you want looked at!!!!
I called and made an appointment and explained that I was having very bad stomach pains for a couple of days so they scheduled me for an appointment 3 days later which is fine. Once i got to the office i got all of my vitals checked (which were completely normal) by a super nice PA. She left, and the doctor came in and told me that I needed to leave because “stomach pains could be covid”. I had already explained that I have no symptoms of covid, have not been around everyone with covid, and am vaccinated but she was

My dad and I had to find a new primary care physician this year, but we couldn't be happier that we found Lauren Jasilli. She and the staff at Crossroads have been reliably excellent across the board. The wait for Dr. Moritz was longer than I would like but he was willing to spend as much time as I needed answering my questions. I'm not sure why he didn't
