Guests may check in at 3:00 PM and customary check out time is 11:00 AM, late check outs may be available for an additional fee. Late check outs are rarely available for any Friday night stay and never between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Guests may request their parking pass anytime after 11:00 AM, on their day of arrival.
We have stayed at the Mill Creek every year since 2003 on - the best place in Lake Geneva. This time we brought our nephew Christopher to have fun at Venetian Festival. This review is for the owner and not the staff who is wonderful (especially Jasmine) or the hotel itself. I should add this is not the nice couple that used to own Mill Creek, but a newer owner.
We have been coming to the hotel for many years and multiple times a year, either under my name or my wifes (in case the owner checks) and have had nothing but great things to say to all our friends and family. We have stayed here for years. They have gotten even better. Everything was ready beautiful and clean. The breakfast was spectacular...Very private and romantic place for couples. Swimming pool was fantastic. Whirlpool was perfect in our room. Nice room rate as well. We were across the street from beautiful Lake Geneva the waves were breathtaking. Our amazing little suite had fireplace, stove, refrigerator, dining set, whirlpool, bar, king size bed, sofa bed two flat screen tv and special his and her robes. There were red roses on the bed upon check in.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. We stayed here last October for the weekend and the room we were given had not been touched by room service. No toilet paper and the garbage was overflowing under the cabinet. At least the bed was made. If your room is facing downtown, bring earplugs. Nonstop postal trucks backing up to the service bay right under your window. The breakfast area (or should I say breakfast closet) has the basic bread, coffee, and cereal surrounded by three tables. Besides that, the room was beautiful and the porch was relaxing as well. Parking was not a problem during

This place was set up so beautiful from the instant we walked through the door all the way to the back door to step outside on the balcony. Flowers and beautiful decorations everywhere. I felt like I was moving into a little apartment. The service was beyond exceptional. Breakfast was really good. Very friendly staff, besides a woman who worked the front desk at night. Everyone else was super friendly. I am looking forward to going back again. Management must know how to keep employees happy and motivated for it to be this great. Definitely worth the price.

My wife and I stayed four nights, Monday to Friday in the Platinum Suite. The corner suite (305) was very spacious with a lot of light and views of the park an But, there are no dressers, so bring lots of hangers, although there were many provided. The jacuzzi worked very well. Speaking of staff, Wendy who is the manager was great. She was very personable and an enthusiastic hostess and lots of fun to talk to. And the other staff, especially the cleaning crew, were excellent and always willing to help. Another major plus for this hotel is the location. For the first three dinners we walked to the

I like that this is a smaller hotel and all the rooms are suites.
It's so nice to have a separate living room area from the bedroom. We brought our baby and were able to keep him in the living room at night so we could watch tv in the bedroom. That said the sliding doors separating the living room from the bedroom is super loud! I would suggest installing actual doors instead. The bathroom was very nice with a large jacuzzi tub - very modern bathroom. The kitchenette had everything you need to cook inside or to store and reheat leftovers.
The beds and linens were super comfy! The room

Really couldn't have been much better. Suite had a great view of the lake. Room was prepared early for our arrival with lots of personal touches that were a lot of fun. Huge whirlpool tub and robes provided which was awesome. Pool and hot tub very small but exceptionally clean and no chlorine smell whatsoever, which is rare in a hotel. Friendly staff all around and very accommodating. A nice gem at Lake Geneva.

My new favorite place! Beautiful suite with a full kitchen, fireplace, jacuzzi, and balcony. Wendy and the rest of the crew were awesome! They went above and beyond to ensure our anniversary getaway was… special. This place is within walking distance of downtown shops, the lake, restaurants, and more. I refuse to stay anywhere else while in Lake Geneva.

We loved this establishment. I am picky when it comes to hotels. This is by far the cleanest hotel I have EVER stayed at!! You can tell they take pride in their business and work as a team. Everyone we came in… contact with was friendly and helpful. All the little touches that were above and beyond.. the thank you gift bag in the room with snacks, water, the Ghirardelli chocolates on the bed with roses, towel decorations and nice throw to use on the couch or balcony were so thoughtful!! Absolutely beautiful! We’re here for our 15th Anniversary and we absolutely love it! The Hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the downtown area. From the Wine,Chocolate and Roses to the large… beautiful suite,nice balcony and the extremely helpful and courteous staff,the Mill Creek Hotel definitely didn’t disappoint. 5 ⭐️ review!

I was looking for a place to stay in Lake Geneva and came here to see what others have said about this place. The General Manager of the hotel, Milah Petersen, left such a rude comment to a customer that recently left a review. To tell someone to never come back and that you had "so much to offer" as a response to their honest review....the level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous. I will never be staying at Mill Creek Hotel.

Pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a plain old hotel room. The pictures when I booked online looked clean so we thought we'd try it. Easy to find cute little place in the heart of down town. We parked the car and walked everywhere we needed to go for the weekend. The room was more than expected with a kitchen, fireplace, private balcony and jacuzzi tub. They decorated for Valentine's Day and had so many extravagant touches I felt like I was at an all inclusive somewhere. Someone at this place genuinely cares about their guests and it shows. They even left a sweet little welcome bag

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Mill Creek hotel for two nights. I purchased the room as a Christmas gift, the room size was awesome. My favorite part of the whole suit was the bathroom, so nice and modern. The lightening in there was perfect for getting ready for a night out not to mention the two person jacuzzi tub! The breakfast was not very good at all. We had vouchers for both days but after the first day we knew we would need to eat out the next morning. Unfortunately as many reviews had stated, the pool is much to cold to swim in, and the hot tub is big enough for maybe 2 people comfortably

Beautiful room so I'd give 4 stars.
We were here for a romantic getaway and the mission was successful.
But in the morning on a Saturday there was no hot breakfast as promised on the website. Yes they were short staffed but that isn't our problem. As middle aged people we absolutely love a nice breakfast especially after spending over $200 on a beautiful room and enjoying our evening.
So very disappointed in that!!! Now we are going out for breakfast because coffee didn't do it.
Yes they had cereal and toast but....

Wow. We just loved this hotel. From the moment we parked until the moment we checked out, we had a great experience. To start off with, the location is really close to town, just walk down half a block and you are at the main strip in Lake Geneva. Plus, we could have easily walked to the lake from where we were at, we could see it, probably a couple blocks down. It was just too cold. We really want to come back here again, when the weather is warmer.

There was old food in the cabinet including a used squeezable applesauce packet. The shower/tub combo was a whirlpool tub with low water pressure and no shower curtain. The exhaust fan did not work. The pull out couch mattress was awful. Normally, they are not good but this one was incredibly thin. No pillows for the sofa sleeper. The first day our room was serviced, the regular bed was not made. The regular bed was rock hard.

We've stayed here before and generally a nice Inn to stay at. There are a few negatives though. Your only allowed one electronic device for internet. That's crazy. What couple or family only use one tablet or smartphone?
Place is a bit dated.
