David Zetter is the founder and President of Zetter HealthCare, LLC in Mechanicsburg, PA and has over 30 years of operational and healthcare experience. Many recognize David nationally for his presentations and expertise. He excels in revenue cycle management, credentialing and contracting, compliance, coding and documentation.
Cheryl Baer, CPC, CPMA, CEMC is a Certified Professional Coder, Certified Professional Medical Auditor, and a Certified Evaluation & Management Coder. Cheryl Baer holds over 20 years of experience in healthcare and 18+ years of multi-specialty coding and in medical record auditing. She is vastly knowledgeable in Medicare, commercial payors guidelines, and CPT, HCPCS, and ICD 10 guidelines.
Jaclyne Zetter graduated from California University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and minor in Criminal Justice. While studying, Zetter worked part-time positions to earn money through college. After college, she obtained additional business experience working for different employers until she decided to take a position in the family business.
After twenty years in the Commercial Insurance Industry (Property/Liability), Sandy Fettrow began her journey into the Healthcare world in 2006. Fettrow earned an Associate's Degree after completing the Medical Assisting Program at Harrisburg Area Community College. Aside from the HACC requirements of two extensive externships, Sandy has experience in most aspects of the ambulatory practice setting.

David Zetter has way more credentials than the law allows. He's been known to prance about on a stick horse with an undersized cowboy hat and ballerina slippers. He's an odd duck, but he gets the job done!!

David was very rude to me when dealing with my issue. I had a simple request that he initially refused and after me stressing the importance of it he finally sent the document I needed. I do not recommend.
