Andrea graduated in '97 with a bachelor's in biology and again in 2000 from Cleveland Chiropractic School in Kansas City, Mo. She had a practice in McAlester Ok for 14 years before moving back to her hometown in Bixby, Ok. In 2014 she opened her practice in South Tulsa to better serve her community.

Spinal manipulation, also called spinal manipulative therapy uses hand placement and pressure to move and jolt joints. It's designed to relieve pressure on joints, reduce inflammation, and improve nerve function. It's often used to treat back, neck, shoulder, and headache pain. Dr. Andrea uses her hands to improve structural health to the whole body with this technique.

Ultrasound Therapy is a method of stimulating the tissue beneath the skin's surface using very high-frequency sound waves, between 800,000 Hz and 2,000,000 Hz, which cannot be heard by humans. With this type of therapy, sound waves create deep heat that is applied to the soft tissues and joints. This essentially micro-massages the soft tissue, joints, muscles, tendons and/or ligaments in the treatment area.

Spinal decompression therapy is a non-surgical traction based treatment for arm, leg, neck, and back pain associated with herniated and degenerative spinal disc disease. Spinal decompression works by gently stretching the spine which changes the force and position of the spine. This change takes the pressure off the spinal disks, which are gel-like cushions between the bones in your spine by creating negative pressure in the disc.

Gentle manipulations in certain key areas of your baby's body can help to ease tension and strain, as well as correct nerve problems that may arise after a C-section or natural birth. The birth process can be traumatic for both mom and baby and affect the nerves in the body.
