Things you can expect living here: mold, mice and critters, uncontrollable noise, next to a fire station and elementary school, screaming kids with no parents, crooked power outlets and fixtures, peeling paint, horrific management, being gaslit by leasing staff, theft, NO fitness center as advertised, trash overflowing, furniture abandoned all over, no privacy, everything will break the first week you move in, using covid as an excuse to never do maintenance again, cars park backed in to ur bedroom window flooding it with CO2, and lots of crime cops are in the complex alot

The apartment is best to it’s price. The office is polite, patient and friendly. I want to pass on appreciation to Sal who has helped us since day 1 of our move from another state. Maintenance team is quick and knowledgeable. The community is very safe, green, clean and well maintained. There is ample of free parking space, the neighbors are friendly and community is good for kids.

Affordable apartments in a good location in the Juanita neighborhood. Easy parking and the community itself has a cute woodsy feel. You can get to downtown Seattle via bus fairly easily from here. Maintenance requests are done pretty quick but we haven't had many things need repair. I also really like the layout of these apartments which make good use of the space and have more of a small house vs. apartment feel. The balconies are big with a nice storage area. Best deal in Kirkland!

PAPER THIN WALLS. Neighbors aren't loud and it's typically very quiet, but once everyone is home in the evenings or getting up in the morning, I can hear every single thing my neighbors above, below, and to the sides do. Walk across the room, talk, use the sink, flush the toilet, open a door, watch TV at moderate volume, coughs, laughs, the sound of the ceiling fan in the upstairs and downstairs bathroom reverberates through the walls, EVERY sound travels through the walls. Really wanted to find a place to live for at least 5 years, but the sound keeps me on edge, and it means there is zero privacy

I lived at this property for one year and had to moved out town to get closer to work to Renton. Now, I missed living at Bridlewood apartments, the staff were very nice, Keech, Riza and the maintenance team are the best! If I move back to Kirkland, I would check this property first before checking anywhere else to rent.

I'm going to be honest here. The apartments are okay. The property is quiet and looks nice. Maintenance seems slow but will eventually get stuff done. There is a teeny tiny gym and an onsite laundry unit that ate my bed spread. All of the units are stupidly overpriced and not worth more than $800 (i pay waaay more than that now). There is a mold problem that you can control. Oh, if you have allergies I would not recommend living here. Trees, weeds, and mold are throughout the surrounding property. A lot of the neighbors smoke weed, and it usually smells like it. Management switched to a corporation
