First - the good. It was quiet and I rarely heard my neighbors.
The office staff was nice and the property was pretty well maintained.
When we moved in the floor appeared to have been replaced and the glue residue was everywhere. I was never able to get it all off the floor in the 18 months we lived there. The previous tenants had smoked and the light fixtures were yellow due to tobacco and there was a strong smoke smell every time you turned the heat/AC on. Our lease had a no smoking clause. Our neighbor smoked and it would come through the wall. Our understanding was they asked her to only

Arden Ridge apartments & Staff are amazing ! Very welcoming and always answered any questions Stayed here long term and have never had issues! Maintenance request are answered prompt. Very quiet and safe area . The apartment is built nicely with big closet and W&D hookups. Would highly recommend staying here!

We have had a great experience while living here. Kimber and Charm in the front office are amazing and always willing to help us out whenever we have had a problem.
I will note the only problem we have had was with maintenance. We would call and it would seem to take at least a couple of weeks to get a problem fixed. Thankfully they have a new… maintenance guy who is amazing! He’s always polite and much quicker than the other guy.
The apartment complex is relatively quite, I have had no complaints with any of my neighbors. And during the summer the pool is cold and never that busy

My 88 year old mother and I moved back to Amarillo in December. We wanted apartment living to eliminate yard and home maintenance costs and responsibilities and wanted a one story unit to avoid stairs and noise above us. We also wanted a place close to shopping and medical care. We found all that when we found Arden Ridge. Our apartment is clean, spacious with high ceilings, and is perfect for us. We are happy with the features...pantry, open concept, nice appliances, utility room for our w/d, small fenced back yard, and spacious bedrooms and closets. It’s quiet, and our neighbors are respectful

The apartments are very nice and up to date but we have had problems with maintenance coming out to fix problems unless we call once a day. We have been trying to get our apartment sprayed since we moved in due to bugs in the kitchen but have yet to have anything be done about it. All in all the apartments are nice but the management could use some tuning up.

Prior to coming here, I read through reviews. I've never seen or had any of the experiences that others have listed. Management has always been very pleasant to deal with and I'm beginning to wonder if other reviews are being done on the wrong complex. It's a shame if that's the case as we really do like the facilities and where we live.

I've lived here for almost a year now and have never had any issues whatsoever. The management has always been kind and helpful. It bothers me to see any kind of negative review as that has not been my experience with this property. Seems to me that a lot of people only see what they want to see and hear what they want to hear. People have forgotten what it is like to be a good customer (which is what we are), and always come in with their own agenda. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I give Kelli (and the apartment) a 5 because she has been the most helpful and the most respectful one besides maintenance. The apartments are great but very high in price. We hate to move but financially can't afford it. Kelli is wonderful and so helpful and always has a smile on her face. I try to ONLY do business with her because I k is that I will get the help I need. The other lady is not very helpful and not exactly friendly either. I recommend the apartments if you can afford it but be careful who you talk to.

The apartments are crap. Water comes in the front and back door when it rains hard. And what's worst they can not be trusted. We found when we first move in that the set their own hours. Then if you ever ask them a question regarding something that may come up later, make sure you get them to write it down so it doesn't bite you later! So glad to be moving out.
