I called Sound Inspection to do an inspection after our condo was flooded as we were out of state and couldn't make it up to sign off on the repair work. He actually made it up there same day as he was doing business nearby, so our inspection was done end of day, with report and pictures sent for a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend Sound Inspection, and if I need inspection again in the future, they will be my first and only call.

We had the pleasure of having Loren do the inspection for our new construction home. Loren is a professional who offers excellent and thorough service. We were not too worried about major issues given the fact that we were purchasing a new construction home. However, because the astronomical purchase price/investment we decided to go with an inspection. Boy we’re glad we did! Loren is fantastic!! He did an inspection on short notice, was very thorough, and explained everything (the good and the bad) in incredible detail. After working with him, I was confident that I could proceed with the transaction with a very clear understanding of the state of the house. As a first-time home buyer, I couldn't ask for a better experience than Summit to Sound has provided. Loren conducted a very thorough inspection, clearly communicated everything he found, and summarized the findings in a professional, easy to understand report. We ended up backing out of the purchase due to major pest-related damage which Loren pointed out and recommended further action for, but I will definitely be calling again once we find another home.

I worked with Loren, owner, for the entire process of purchasing my home. Under FHA/ HUD requirements the inspector has to be certified to inspect for governement code standards. He meets those requirements and was tremendously helpful and had great suggestions. I had a plan to have walk through a with other inspectors and general contractors. Summit to Sound Inspection Services was recommended to us by our buyers agent. After reading some reviews online it seemed like no brainier for us to use them for home inspection. Loren was nothing but a delight to work with - polite, prompt and knowledgeable. We had limited time to do the inspection, but he did a great job assessing the major structural components such as foundation, roof, insulation and hydro protection (water barriers) as well as siding. I would definitely recommend them for home inspection services!

We found Loren from his many great reviews. Loren really helped us with our brand new house. He found several things the builder missed. He is very detailed in his report pointing out things exactly that needed to be addressed. Once the builder received Loren's recommendations, they agreed to do just about all of the items that Loren noted. He has a great sense of humor and provided us with the final report and summary the same day he did the inspection. We plan to hire Loren again when we get near to the end of the builder's home warranty. We highly recommend Loren.

Loren is just amazing. I had no idea a home inspection could be so fun! He was so informative. He even gave us some safety tips that weren't really part of the inspection, but were so important for us to know. Loren is more than just a great home inspector. He's a great guy who cares about his clients. We only met him for one afternoon, but he really showed us that he cares and wants to make sure we are safe and happy in our new home.
