We recently had our new home construction house inspected by Karl this past weekend. He was recommended by our real estate agent Vicki. Karl is awesome. He was there early and had already started inspecting the outside when pulled up to our house.

Karl conducted our home inspection during the buying process. He was really great at explaining everything to us. He even gave us some tips for home maintenance and renovations as he went through the home, i.e. best types of paint to seal stains and bathtub calking to omit mold. It was very pleasant and educational.

Excellent service, thorough inspection. Karl explains everything to you in simple terms so anyone can understand. You will feel so at ease. Not sure what else to say. If there is a problem Karl will find it. If there isn't a problem you can rest assured that he really tried hard to find any. Can't recommend G4 more.
