Metta Mindfulness Yoga
My name is Wendy and I am a RYT-200 yoga instructor. After moving to Ramsey in September of 2018, I wanted to create an intimate studio for students who were interested in yoga in a smaller venue. This 4 person studio allows me to be able to assist and modify poses encouraging students to develop their own practice in a charming studio at my home.

Our summer practice will be outdoors. Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being. Regular practice will help you reach improve and perfect poses, correct posture and positioning, and improve your breathing and outlook on life.
Services
Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of res. Slow Flow Saturday will be a relaxed posture class working through stretches, soft flows, balance, core work, and yin. This practice will w. Metta Mindfulness offers a private couples yoga option. In this class, you will be guided through a yoga practice that will encourage a deeper connection with your significant other. Please schedule an event via email. Try a new, active way to celebrate your birthday with a private group for you and 3 of your friends.

I have experienced many yoga sessions but this one was outstanding and exceeded all my expectations! Wendy’s teaching, flow and uniqueness was excellent and I loved the whole quaint atmosphere! It’s a must try for anyone of all ages!!

Walking in, it was such a welcoming environment. The one hour session made me feel so rejuvenated spiritually and physically. I’ve recommended Meta Mindfulness to all of my friends, and suggest that anyone who’s reading this signs up too! Namaste🙏
