Pre-registration is required for all classes. In studio class sizes are limited to support social distancing. Please join the wait-list if class is full. Please bring your own mat. Weights, blocks, straps, etc. will be provided. If the in studio class is also offered on zoom you'll see two class options for registration.
This fusion class combines the muscle sculpting benefits of Pilates with a variety of yoga postures designed to build greater flexibility. Target specific muscle groups while enjoying a deep stretch. Our Teacher Training Program is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their commitment to their yoga practice as well as for those who want to become a teacher. During the 200 hours, you will gain knowledge in body alignment, anatomy, as well as learning how to teach a fun, safe and effective class.

I had tried taking classes before at health clubs and always felt really self-conscious and uncomfortable and never left relaxed. The instructors here do such an amazing job of making EVERYONE feel welcome regardless of your size, age or athletic ability. I really, really LOVE this place and if you are hesitant because of past not so pleasant experiences I urge you to give YogaMN a chance. I have moved since I first came here an there are 4 other yoga studios closer to me but it is worth the extra few miles to go to YogaMN!

I have been going to yogastudio for the past five years, and absolutely love it! All of the teachers are well trained, and truly do everything they can to keep you safe, while also challenging you to reach your potential. The atmosphere is laid-back and calm with dimmed lights and relaxing music during practice. This was the place that I took my first ever yoga class, starting with the beginner's class: When Pigs Fly. I ran cross country and track in college and now I am a converted yogi! I have been going to The Yogastudio since I was 16 (now 22) and I absolutely love it! I love the local feel of this studio much much better than any other commercial chains because the staff is friendly and open to all types and levels of yoga. They make you feel comfortable and at ease trying new poses. There are classes for advanced yogis and beginners as well. I went to the Yogastudio for the first time over the summer, and I immediately fell in love! Very reasonable prices, and great discounts for students. They even offer pay-what-you-can classes many times throughout the week. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and they are great with people of all skill levels. So, if you are an advanced yogi, or trying yoga for the first time, I recommend the Yogastudio!

I have taken at least a dozen classes at the Yoga Studio during the past 8+ years. I live in Iowa and when I am in Minneapolis I try to make a point of taking time out of my trip for a class at the Yoga Studio. Every experience there has been positive. I leave feeling refreshed and happy. The staff is warm and welcoming. The environment is friendly, courteous and accommodating. The instructors are skilled, experienced and well trained. I have been consistently pleased after every experience. I would guess this is one of the top studios in the country in terms of customer service. Wonderful, hard
