Services
I'd like to welcome you to our new studio, and I'd love for you to come practice and fully enjoy your experience at azItala! I first practiced yoga in 2010, and it transformed my life. I started yoga on a whim - a coupon actually - by the urging of a good friend, and, before the coupon ran out, I was hooked.
Flexibility: The heat will allow you to safely reach new levels of personal flexibility in postures, which is therapeutic for your body!. Strength: Yoga is low impact and uses structural muscles as well as large group muscles with a prime focus is on spine strength, which is key to the life force of your body's wellness!.
We focus on the principals of yoga, foundations of postures, joining movement to breath, alignment and modifications to suit all practitioners. This class will challenge you with a combination of yoga flow and pilates to keep you moving, work core, and deepen strength while created flexibility. The focus will be on mixing disciplines to achieve a full body workout.
Other wellbeing services now co-located at the azItala Yoga studio include Bodywork Transformation and Hands of Service. Experience changes in your overall health and wellbeing through relaxing massage, shiatsu or therapeutic sessions with Amy of Bodywork Transformation and calming, relaxing and relieving Healing Touch sessions with Scott of Hands of Service.
A registered student that has signed into class will lose their registered place in the class if they are not present to sign in 5 minutes prior to class. Wait list students present and ready to sign into class will be added to the class at 5 minutes prior to the start of the class (taking the place of registered students whom are not arriving early enough to sign into class).

Simply AMAZING! I slipped and fell on the ice about 8 weeks ago - my hip still hurts - I knew restorative yoga would bring me relief. My instructor Sue was perfect for me. She was kind, knowledgeable, and kept a good pace for me. I sleep deeper and longer with yoga! Sue has other classes for different levels so I will advance up when I'm ready. Yoga truly is an exercise for all ages! THANK YOU!!

Overall, the service is a disappointment. I bought a Groupon that I thought I could use because I haven’t been to this studio in about a year. They told me I can’t, the don’t honor the “valid for new clients and clients who haven’t been to the studio in 6 months” (I’m not new, but again, haven’t been here in about a year) portion of the disclosure. I said ok, even though that is wrong and deceitful, but asked if I can just apply the money spent on the Groupon to 2 classes (Groupon was $37, single classes are $15) the Groupon disclosures also says that amount paid never expires.

All of the instructors at Azitala are incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, passionate, and very attentive to individual needs/alignment. The wide variety of teachings brings forth a new perspective on specific poses and yoga itself each time I attend class. Whether you've been doing yoga for years or are just beginning, Azitala has something for everyone. I especially love that they focus so much on what yoga is truly about: the 8-limbed path.

I hate the heat, and hated previous experiences with yoga. But I thought I would give it one more try. I am currently OBSESSED with this studio. They are very welcoming and kind and do an excellent job of differentiating the class to your level of ability but challenging you as well. The fact that you can also get an Introductory Week for just $10 is great, too - it gives you a chance to try out a variety of classes. The instructors are very knowledgeable in their practice. I just bought a month-unlimited package. Going to the studio for a class usually ends up being the best part of my day.
