After interviewing three estate sale companies, it was clear that Ace of Estates was the best choice. I can recommend highly Damian and the Ace of Estates team as a professional firm to deal with. I purchased an antique maritime lithograph (large and bulky size) and item was very well packed and arrived in good time - (even with Covid issues) from the USA to AUST.

I stressed more over hiring an estate sale company than a realtor. I feel the task you are hiring them to do requires a lot more trust. Hopefully my review will ease the mind of someone else in a similar situation.
My mother was moved into a memory care facility and I needed to sell her home to pay for her care. I spent today trying to make sense of her possessions, I quickly found out I was in way over my head. I

I buy art at estates sales once every six months. It has to be a quality piece priced about ten cents on the dollar. The photo represents a piece I purchased at an Ace sale. I saw it online and then waited for the 50 percent off sale on Friday night. My only complaint is they charge sales tax. Other companies do not. The purpose of this review to state that I would use this company if something happened to my Mom. They show all nice pieces on line with good photos, they offer delivery, and they price at market. This might not be great for resale buyers but for sellers, they do the best

I had no idea what an estate sale was until I seen an Ace of Estates advertisement on my IG feed. I purchased an item online and picked up on the weekend when I was off work. This is an amazing concept. I get items at a great price and I can feel good about recycling. I am now hooked! Can’t wait to see what’s at next weeks sale!

Our family used Ace of Estates to handle the estate sale of our eldest brother who resided in Sun City, Arizona for 30 years. We found Ace of Estates through google, yelp and BBB. After meeting with Damien who explained the process in detail, we picked a date and pretty much handed everything over to him. Damien was very accommodating and sensitive to all our requests, ambivalence, and emotions. He guided us through the whole process with genuine concern for our feelings. We are glad that it is over, and cannot say enough positive words to express our experience with Ace of Estates.

I decided to go with Ace of Estates after interviewing several estate sale companies. I was in the difficult position of having to close out my father estate whilst living in the UK. They did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and confident in turning over the control to them. I was highly impressed with the photographs and presentation of the various items for sale and how they advertised the goods. The outcome was better than expected and I was delighted to have chosen them.

Talk about top-notch service! Ace of Estates was so easy to work with from start to finish. These guys are excellent communicators, very organized, and super strategic. They went above and beyond to get my client's furniture and accessories sold in a timely matter. Watching them is somewhat mesmerizing and their system seems effortless, but make no mistake, this company works hard to provide quality service with a super friendly attitude. Will be calling on them with future projects.

My grandma and I always go to these estate sales. They are well organized and always have really good finds! The staff is really friendly and they even have hold tables so that way if you find good stuff you don't have to hold onto it all while you look around. They can get pretty busy so if there is something you are going there to get specifically make sure you show up early, but know that the house usually gets packed! I LOVE these estate sales!

AoE added my vintage and antique sterling silver to their very next auction for a 40% cut. I needed the money so I sold the "good stuff," a complete full silverware set of vintage Gorham 'Chantilly' and some a la carte pieces of antique flatware.
From our first phone call to emailed photos to their visiting my home in order to view the silver in person to receiving my $1300 check took a whole 10 days.

My wife and I retired and moved to the Northwest Valley 5 years ago. We enjoy going to estate sales just for the fun of it because you see so many unique and interesting things. As well as "unique" and "interesting" estate sale companies. They run the spectrum from horrible to fantastic. Ace of Estates is fantastic. Paul, Damian and their entire crew are professional, organized and price items fairly. We always like to scope out the sales ahead of time online and Ace usually has HUNDREDS of photos. Definitely a 5 star company!

We interviewed several estate sale companies before we hired Ace of Estates, but honestly, from the moment we first met them we felt like we could trust them to liquidate what was in my parents' home. They showed respect for what our family owned and recognized the value within.
The proceeds from the sale were more than we expected - especially since the highly rated appraiser we met with right before we saw them turned up his nose at the house saying there wasn't enough there to make it worth his time. Ace of Estates more than doubled the proceeds that guy told us to expect.
