I completely agree on the statement one should always expect full attention. The closing early bothered us because while cars still in the lot (assuming employees) doors locked and not even bothering to put a sign up "gorgeous weather, we left early to ride" would have been preferable to nothing communicated. The statement of best motorcycle shop is hard to take seriously as a result of that and the repeated reviews where this seems to be an ongoing issue. However, having managed businesses before I also know that you can't control everything employees wise. If you wish

Stopped in the other day to see what this place was all about, and maybe look into trading my bike for something different. While they do have a pretty large variety of bikes and from what I could tell the staff was friendly and helpful when you asked them questions, I can't get past how high the prices are. For a quick example, at the time of this post, they have two Yamaha R3's, a 2016 and a 2015 priced at $5,990 each. MSRP on these bikes when they were new was $4,990. Current MSRP on a 2021 is $5,299. I don't see how this pricing reflects where the market is, and I don't see why anyone wouldn

Went to look for a trike. Customer service was okay but to be honest had two things that made me not want to purchase. The first was the offer no warrenty unless you pay for it and then it is only at their shop. This gave me the feeling that they do not stand behind the product they are selling. The second thing was the price. The few bikes I looked at were all 4000 to 6000 over NADA pricing. In fact the 2013/2014 model I looked at was about the same price as buying a brand new model. they had 5 or 6 trikes I was looking at that were all the same price regardless if year or milage. Visited motorcycle max this morning when they opened. It was a good experience even though I did not buy anything chopper and the other staff where right there. I had a bike in mind and wanted to size it up, Chopper found it right away answered questions and had some conversation. They looked my bike over gave me some info. They had a HUGE selection of bikes. I cant speak to the ease of the financial side of the house as I didnt experience it. But I'm sure it's a positive experience as well. I will definitely go back when the time comes to make a purchase.

Very easy to work with. I requested contact through their website and Jordan immediately reached out to me. There were 4 bikes I was considering and Jordan was very patient while I made a decision. I live 2 hours from the location so most of this was done remotely. Jordan made sure everything was prepared for when I arrived on location and it was a smooth buying process. I bought an $18, 000 Honda Goldwing trike for my father only to drive it 2 hours home to Cincinnati to find that the starter motor was burnt out, the reverse gear would not engage and the cruise control would not work. I called and they said they would fix the issues, which they attempted... two weeks after the purchase, 21 miles later, there was a severe knock in the motor. We informed them that we we needed to bring it back for a third time to have it looked at. They agreed to look at it at the end of the riding season, which we were very happy with, but unfortunately my father unexpectedly

My wife and I stopped in to look for a new (used) touring motorcycle. The showroom has an impressive variety of bikes for every level, from beginner to seasoned rider. Connie greeted us and was available to answer all of our questions. She is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, but not at all pushy. I did a lot of research on what bike I wanted. I wanted a used FZ-09 with low miles. I just had to wait for one to show up. I visited their website (which is probably the best designed motorcycle site around; very clean and easy to navigate) and found my needle in the hay.
I was an easy customer to deal with. I wanted the bike. I traded my old one in. Not for as much as I wanted but hey, they gotta turn a profit so I get it.
The shop was super clean and crammed with pretty cruisers mostly. They did have a handful of sport bikes and such. Their shop wasn't why I loved my experience, though
