(UPDATE TO ORIGINAL BAD REVIEW!!!) What started as a nightmare has turned into a relationship built. After working with Ross in service we discussed the issue and they agreed to fix my fourwheeler. It has not been fixed yet 11/18/21 With understandable parts shortages and availability with the pandemic. They were able work with me and get me into a loaner vehicle until my fourwheeler is fixed. Thanks Ross you have restored my faith in my favorite brand of Offroad vehicle once again!

Nice selection of bikes. However, no one seemed to care that we walked in and went around looking at motorcycles. Ended up roaming around for at least 20 minutes until I went up to the receptionist and asked for someone to help. Ended up not getting a bike that day as they didn’t have one that we wanted. Customer service is important and poor customer service won’t get you repeat buyers…

It's my second experience having work performed on my bike and both experiences have resulted with extended time beyond what was agreed upon. No communication to inform myself it would take longer than stated. When I called it was difficult to talk with someone. The actual work performed has been wonderful. They didn't acknowledge any issue with this experience. I will give HMMS one more try and if the experience is subpar it will be my last. They are local so I like to support local businesses.

The sales side was the best dealership experience ever. Quick and easy and most of the paperwork was done before I picked up the bike.
800 miles later I get to deal with the Service side and that is a night and day difference in how my service was handled. They have so many bikes in for service they can not maintain deadlines, the communications is far from acceptable, the lack of paperwork is mind blowing and when you call multiple times to talk to a manager you get crickets! That means they do not call back! I like the sales staff but the Service side seems to be too busy to maintain a customer’s

I made an online inquiry in February about a bike and got a quick response. The next day I called to make an offer on the bike and requested the purchase agreement so I could send to my bank. I waited all day and never received it. After several unanswered calls, I finally received a text from the salesman who said they had someone coming in within the next hour to check out the bike. He said his boss told him that if that person doesn’t buy the bike then they would call me and they can send me the purchase agreement.
