Absolutely love going to No Cages Harley Davidson. I go out of my way to visit this dealership because of the environment. I always feel welcomed and a part of the No Cages Family. I just purchased a new Road Glide Special, and John was awesome to work with. No pressure, no BS. The No Cages employees create a great atmosphere in every area of the building.

About a thousand miles into a trip and I noticed a little oil behind the rear cylinder of my King. They were the closest dealer. They got me right in and took care of it within a couple of hours. Good people, great shop, and as the service guy said, 'we're family'. That type of support would be why I ride a Harley.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had walking into a Harley Dealership. Just purchased a 2021 Road Glide. They didn't size me up when I walked in. They answered all of my questions no matter how stupid they may have been and there was never any pressure. Made me feel at home. New Customer for life!

For my birthday, I decided I wanted a bike, but I needing riding time during the summer. I signed up to take the new-rider course back in July, 4 months prior to my birthday-that in itself was an experience. The instructors were phenomenal and helped me every step of the way, through spills and thrills. I recently purchased my third Harley Davidson from this location, this is by far the best Harley Dealership in central Ohio, the sales staff, parts, and service department are top notch and make you feel like you are the most important person in the building. I highly recommend them for the sale and after sale customer relations.

So after turning in my recipes to insurance they say they will only pay for one of my visits to this joke of a shop. I had 2 visits due to the incompetent service department.They cut my check and said take it up w no cages. I get a Michele who says hes the service manager. Michele asked why I didnt give them a change to fix it?! Like anyone has time or willing ness for you to touch their bike....a 3rd time.Plus I'm willing to bet I would have been charged again. That's this place MO. So no resolution. This shop is so pressed to make a buck they they are willing to lose a customer over
