I live in a subdivision whose HOA hired JDM as its manager about a year ago. There were several property issues that needed to be addressed and I am extremely pleased with the results they produced. Erica Long, the rep assigned to us, has been responsive and professional. I could not disagree more with the negative reviews that have been posted. In a time when the economy and supply chain is in shambles, the challenges of getting projects done are difficult to say the least. JDM has exhibeted the talent and desire to "get 'er done" for its clients.

Living in a community that was taken over by this organization was the final straw that allowed the lightbulb moment that we needed to move and take our precious hard earned dollars else where! BEWARE if they are propositioning to take over management or are already running your community, it won’t be long before it’s run into the ground!!! The worst property management company I have ever had to deal with! Just read the ridiculous revues of Rebecca and "Florida Cracker" and was surprised and astonished, that they were writing about the same person and organization that I have gotten to know so well. JDM began managing our property about 3 yers ago, and as Treasurer and Board member of our HOA, I have worked closely with them, especially Maria. I have never found her to be condescending or rude. Quite the contrary, Maria is always anxious to help, courteous, and most importantly patient with questions that come from people with a lot less knowledge about taxes and accounting principles. The accountant is very condescending and very rude. She’s very entitled and egocentric and it’s not somebody you want to work with especially handling your finances, please reconsider somewhere else. The accountant is named Maria. I walked in her office to formally meet her and she instructed me to put a mask on, despite I have it on my ear, about to put it on and she did not even have one on herself. She’s very argumentative and unfriendly and lacks competence.

JDM property management is not recommended. Office has poor communications. Business has too many clients. Quantity not quality. JDM will disappoint. They won't care I'm gone but I'll persue a company that has better client relations.
My last month of service......
1) JDM pool technicians turn over seems high. Never had the same technician for a extended period of time. Asked the technician to not rinse out the pool filter next to the property hedges time and time again. The chlorine kills the vegetation. Only problem was I had to ask many times because each guy that serviced the pool was new

Horrible accounting dept with unacceptable behavior encouraged by owner. The owner of the company proceeded to become president of the board of an association his company manages without admitting conflict of interest. Stay away at all cost

All owners of all properties managed by JDM are treated with the same care and attention. One of the few management companies that does not have a phone answering system. We answer all our calls and return calls with in 48 hours. When a home owner is delinquent with their maintenance fees, we do every thing we can with in the requirements of the association to take of these matters. But unfortunately we cannot selectively enforce the policies of the association. We have some of the best vendors and employees that take the time to do the work with in a reasonable schedule.
