The following are booklets and/or forms for residents who reside in the properties managed by All County. **Warning** This business handles properties in Foreclosure and are very dishonest! They misrepresent the condition of their properties, are slow to make repairs until forced, only make the very basic repairs they can get away with, and in our case they concealed HUNDREDS of dollars in move-in fees (over $700.) that we were responsible to pay until AFTER we'd signed the lease! There is no law in Fla protecting tenants from this. Adding to the problem is a continual turn over of help in the office that are normally completely incompetent.
