Melanie grew up in Northern Indiana and is a graduate of the Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida with majors in space planning, contract interiors, and art history. She earned her R.P.A. Designation from BOMI in 2014. She has management experience in interior design sales, commerial office & retail properties for over 14 years in South Florida.
She specializes in the kind of hands on management involvment bridging owners and their tenants while incorporating best practices for maintenance and improvements. Victor was born and raised in New York City. He was originally licensed in real estate sales in that state but moved to Florida after the 9/11 tragedy.
