I first found out about DirectDerm two years ago through our clinic director. He, like me, understood the needs of our community and the challenges we face trying to connect our patients with specialists. Next, use our skin evaluation form to describe the problem. Then take pictures of the skin problem and upload them to our secure website, following the instructions and tips we provide along the way.
DirectDerm's diagnostic accuracy rate is equivalent to that of an in-office visit, so you and your patients get reliable, effective treatment options in hours. Patient satisfaction goes up as sick time and treatment costs come down. In one case study, a patient referred to DirectDerm had been misdiagnosed with a fungal infection of the foot.

My experience with DirectDerm has been great. I was originally recommended to them by my doctor and I’m very grateful she sent me to them. My acne has improved sooo much! I even got asked by a close friend what dermatologist I went to because she saw how much I’ve improved in a couple of months. Thank you so much Reza Kafi (my dermatologist)!

This organization misled me to what constituted simply submitting my paperwork on their online portal with my predisgonsis and charged me for an appointment for it. I feel that is flat out fraud. I have called them over 15 times and managers refuse to speak to me. I had to raise an official complaint with the DMHC. Avoid this business, they are not to be trusted.

Horrible service. Did not answer my questions and were very slow. Never returned my calls, made me miss multiple appointments and all of my labs were turned in very late. I was supposed to start accutane last September and they finally got me started in FEBRUARY. I absolutely do not recommend this place

I had a really good experience at this place the was quick at treating the issue that had been bothering me for years.
