I’ve had the pleasure in meeting Ms Jessica Espinal. She is a breath of fresh air to the community and her staff as well. I recommend this community to everyone I talk to or that mentions they’re looking to move. I’ve lived in many rental places and none have compared to Belaire. Thank you Ms Jessica and staff for making my place a happy one to call home!!

Visited this property in hopes of renting a 1 bedroom apartment but they had nothing available. The ladies in the office were very nice and still let me tour the model. I will definitely return at a later time when there is availability.

I recently serviced an ac unit at this property and boy was I surprised. They really do a good job at maintaining their property. I see a lot of properties on a daily basis and this one I recommend.

It is not BelAire Tower it is named now "The Cove" and has nothing to do with the "BOCA CLUB" the cove is a mostly a rental. The BOCA CLUB is a condo only. 22605 Sw 66 ave thank you TOM

Submitt work orders over and over and although the website shows received, submitted or completed the work doesn't get done. We realize they have contractor challenges however that is their issue. They shouldn't make it mine. We are paying for specific amenities and some of those amenities have never functioned. The apartments are beautiful but there is no staff or maintenance support.

I have never lived in a community that cared so much about their residents. Today the office gave out backpacks filled with school supplies. For someone like me this is a big deal. The apartments are large and the staff is very nice. Not moving any time soon :)
