My first choice of who to call was Cherry Hill Vet. 9 years later, I can only praise and recommend this office highly. My dog had some serious issues which affected me so hard, Dr. Ennis made herself available if I called and wanted to come in the next day.

Our cat doesn't take to strangers and it's always a hassle to get him into the vet. Everyone here showed a tremendous amount of kindness, care, and patience in helping him get calmed down before treatment, and were able to keep him that way throughout the visit. I would recommend this place to anyone that asked.

I love this vet. I've been taking my pets to them for the past 3yrs and have had great experiences whether it was my own dog, bringing in a stray, or addressing any problems my pets have. They have treated all of my pets with love and compassion and have helped me in any way that they can or refered me to whoever I need to go to.

I had to bring my dog in for a check up when I had concerns about his mobility, this team was amazing and got me in the very next day. The facility is clean and welcoming and the staff was amazingly attentive and listened to all of my concerns we and addressed every one of them. They handled my dog so professionally and were very caring and made him as comfortable as possible. I 100% recommended this clinic to anyone

Cherry Hill Animal Hospital has incompetent staff that are not compassionate. They also have horrible communication skills. I called them to talk to the vet because my dog was in pain. It took 3 days for them to call me back! When my dog was sick, it was days before I could get a sick appointment. I ended up having to take him to the ER. During my last and final visit which was in preparation for a scheduled surgery, I specifically told the vet tech and the vet what vaccines I wanted my dog to have. They gave him the wrong vaccines. I like how I'm able to text them when we arrive and that they come out to the car to get my cat in his carrier. The person who comes to the car is consistently friendly, wears a mask, and is professional. The staff & doctors called me on my cell phone to speak about my pet's condition while he's in their care, and the doctor e-mailed me with follow up information which I really appreciate. They've done a really nice job streamlining the process during these physical distancing times.
