Jim a motivating trainer holds you accountable not only to workouts, but also the nutrition, which made a huge difference. I trained with Jim up to my wedding and then afterwards as i wanted to complete my first triathlon and he was able to tailor our workouts to meet my specific goals. Jim is always there to hold you accountable and keep pushing you to your fullest extent.

I am very happy with the training I am receiving from Jim. He works around some shoulder issues that I have and actually is helping me strengthen the muscles around my shoulders to allow them to heal. He is truly a master with Zoom training, and that is quite a feat! With his workouts and guidance I am finally getting my body and muscle tone back and all from the safety and comfort of my home. I would highly recommend him.

Jim is incredibly positive, with an infectious energy and zest for life. Not only is he tops in training his clients, he’s a great life coach too. He cares about the whole person- physical, mental and spiritual. Jim has a great sense of humor and makes the workouts fun and varied. He’s super knowledgeable about nutrition and how to get your body working at its best. He’s a people person and works equally well with young studs to elderly clients with limited physical abilities. Highly recommend!

Jim @ Winter Park Personal Training is the best.
I got Jim involved to work with my 15 year old son to train for football.
Unlike most trainers, Jim took the time to listen to my son’s personal needs and he developed a sport, position and age-specific course of action.
It wasn’t the usual “muscle, muscle, muscle” hustle, rather he catered the work outs to a teen!

I did personal training sessions with Jim 3 times a week for 2 months and it really help me get back on track with taking care of my body and mind, which, during this pandemic, has never been more necessary for me. Jim created a low-stress, encouraging environment and took the guess work out of working out -- all I had to do was show up!! Highly recommend.

Jim is great for all ages and works with your schedule! He trains in the Winter Park Health and Fitness gym on the corner of Orlando and Orange. Quiet gym with nice amenities and machines.

I have had such a positive personal training experience with Jim. He has the perfect balance between holding me accountable to achieve my desired results and allowing balance for me to live life.
