Since 2010, we have been helping people of every age and fitness level achieve a healthier life. It doesn't matter if you have never worked out before or are just ready to take it to the next level. I would highly recommend HOS for any personal training. Travis met with me and listened to my needs and connected me with the perfect trainer Yan. Working with Yan was a breath of fresh air and an absolute delight. Yan is an amazing trainer and helped me work through all my strengths and weaknesses. I learned to love working out again because of Yan.

I've been at the House of sweat for like 6 months now, House of Sweat is a wonderful training facility with amazing people that really push you to reach your full potential. Everyday their goal is to help you improve and become a better version of yourself. Plus the results are real! The atmosphere is very enjoyable, truly the best gym in the Orlando area. 10/10 would recommend!

I really stopped working out and started training because of this place. It’s more than just a workout. They train you in form and help push you to the max! The price is pretty good compared to other places that charge you for the gym and to have a trainer. I also love the hours and being able to come at 5am is so convenient!!! I highly recommend this place

I'm a big fan of the House of Sweat. It is the perfect balance of having a personal trainer but not having a rigid schedule. Whenever I arrive, the trainers know where I am in my week and structure my workout out to my personal progress and goals. The trainers are motivating and attentive and give excellent feedback on form. I have gotten stronger and leaner and I don't hate going to the gym the same way.

House of Sweat is the best gym I’ve been to hands down. I’ve been a client for years and the owner, Damien along with his team of trainers are all exceptional. They make you feel comfortable and ready to workout. This gym is different because it’s about learning how to workout and have fun in a healthy and consistent way. I went in on Tuesday for a free trail session. The gym was clean and well organized. Dez was the trainer. Even though he was training a few people I felt that he gave us all the right amount of attention to ensure proper form and technique. Everyone was very nice and encouraging one another. I had a great workout and I'm certainly feeling the impact of it today. I highly recommend this gym

House of Sweat is a fantastic fitness facility with awesome personal training. I purchased the 21 day fat burn deal and have been very impressed by the professionalism and motivation I get from Damien and Dez every time I'm in the gym!

I would strongly recommend HOS to those:starting their fitness journey, need motivation to reach new personal bests, or want specialized athletic training.

The gym is sparkling clean and includes a variety of equipment. There is 3 squat racks, dumbbells a plenty, bands, bosu balls, and my favorite: half turf. The turf is great for sled runs, strength training

What can I say about this gym!
They take the personal training to another level.
Everyone there is beyond professional, welcoming and highly trained!
Completely addicted to weight training, getting stronger and pushing my body to do things I never thought it would be capable of doing.
I have been able to work towards my individual goals, and keep it up. Every week I have seen improvements and growth! The trainers are all AMAZING!!
