Premium Title did our by owner Mortgage for us 16 years ago. I have contacted them several times with in the 16 years with different issues. They answered my questions and solved my issues and took care of the details without charging me a fee for their work. The staff was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely refer them to anyone who is in need of Title work.

Jeanie and staff were extremely professional in executing my closing. They always answered my calls when I needed them and went above and beyond in keeping me on track, as well as responding in a timely manner. They were even ready for a closing appointment on short notice, which eased my anxiety as a first-time buyer. Jeanie is also friendly and although she’s done this many times, makes you feel special as a new home owner. Couldn’t recommend anyone better!

Terrible! Premium Title Inc, with the address, phone number, and website listed here, not Premium Title Services, messed up my closing badly. First, they demanded tons of unnecessary red tape for things having no bearing on the chain of legal title. When I told them to simply focus on the chain of legal title and ignore everything that was irrelevant, they shut down the escrow saying they wouldn't work with us anymore. Then they badmouthed us to the buyers, who then backed out.
If I could give them zero or negative stars, I would.
