We made an appointment with Larkin & Larkin to have a large set of legal documents notarized and witnessed. Ava Larkin was the notary and we were most impressed by her attention to detail, organizational skill, efficiency and all-round professionalism. She wowed us! When our attorney reviewed the completed document package she wrote to say “I’m super impressed with your notary” and “I’ve never had a notary do that before. Impressive!”

This was my first experience having Larkin title handle the title portion of a transaction I was a part of as the lender. I can honestly say they will be servicing any clients within the surrounding that are either refinancing or purchasing if a referral partner of mine needs a solid recommendation. Very cool atmosphere and office, extremely knowledgeable group of girls, and very smooth from start to finish. They were always there to answer calls and questions when needed! A+ in my books!
