Horrible customer service. I used them to close on a sale of my home. I am now in the middle of purchasing a home and I called Peggy 3x to please send me an electronic copy of my closing documents. She promised it would be sent out no later than Friday. I received it Monday morning and I got 1 page from the entire documents that we signed. I then asked her to send the rest and she advised me that I would need to send in a written request and then she needs to request it from a third party the company uses. I find it extremely hard to believe that she isn't able to send me the entire document packet

In my opinion, this company was pretty good to deal with until they get your money. After that they don't seem to want to have anything to do with their customers. I called in after about 5 weeks to find out where my title insurance and deed was. I was told they had been very busy and all that was left was for my insurance to be reviewed. She said it could take 2 more weeks. I called back in today and the lady said that they had been busy and it may be an additional two weeks. I told her that is what she said last time and questioned why it takes two months in order to review a title policy. She
