Rapid Express Car Wash

The place itself is nice and always get great service ! But ...... it says they are open til 7:30pm and this is the 3rd time I've gotten there right at 7pm only to find it closed up. Either publicly change hours or stay opened til 7:30.

Great car wash. Provides free rags, window cleaner, air freshener, etc.

Payment was easy and the entire wash took around 2 minutes tops. Don't forget they have an area to dry and vacuum the car. It's worth noting you exit that area by going back the way you came. Will come back again

Good car wash, though it does leave some bugs on windshield and grill. Vacuums are decent. 1st month subscription is awesome $9.99

Great customer service. Very helpful. Vehicles come out clean with the basic wash. I'm satisfied.

Super fast and it does the job. If your car is super dirty it may not get everything but for weekly washes it really makes your car shine.

Yesterday I drove my car (Chrysler 300 Platinum) through there. I noticed once I pulled out of it, that the top of my side mirror top was gone! I immediately went to the office and told them what happened. Explaining that now my electronics are wet and exposed. It took the owner 8 hours to call me back. At that time he also told me that he was denying my claim. The part alone is $800.00 and that isn't even labor added. The entire mirror has to be replaced.

The assistant manager, Steven, truly went above and beyond to ensure my overall satisfaction in this service! The rest of the team there too were also just as friendly! Even while cleaning my car, Steven stopped by several times to ensure I had everything I needed and asking if I needed anything further. He did this not only to myself, but checked on other customers as well! Great guy and amazing customer service!! I will be coming to this location more often!

Bought the deluxe car wash. Had to scrub of bugs, dirt, and waterspots the wheel wells still have mud in them. Steer clear of this place.

I recently purchased a membership and completely forgot about it until my card started getting charged I wanted to keep the membership but unfortunately I had lost my receipt so there was no way I could prove i had purchased the membership. I decided to give them a call to see if I could get the issue fixed and was told to stop by upon arriving i was assisted by a friendly team member at the payment gate I explained to her my problem and she let me through after I had finished washing my car I went inside to get the issue resolved. It’s my favorite drive thru car wash. I am a member, I can wash my auto as many times a month as needed. It is DIY interior cleaning. Which great for me because of my fur-baby. They provide all the cleaning supplies and free vacuum hoses. Just great!

Car wash is decent but employees are untrained disrespectful people. Pulled up 7 am to the front office just to get scolded by a group of guys that were blowing leaves. Turns out they didnt like me parking in the front. IF YOU DONT WANT CUSTOMERS TO PARK THERE USE CONES PLEASE. A simple solution used almost everywhere but here.

I had a membership - $30 a month - went through multiple times a week, i would say about 4 times the wash stopped mid-wash.... and probably 3-4 times i went through the wash and some how didn't register so I basically scooted/was pushed through the wash and was dripped on... resulting in having to flag down an employee to let me go through again to actually get a wash (i was literally told once "you can only go through once a day" no s**t sherlock, but i didn't get a WASH!). When I finally went to cancel my membership after dealing with more let downs than good experiences

This was a terrible experience for the second time , it started with the kid doing the prewash playing with his phone and dancing singing into the mop he was supposed to use for Pre wash , next I paid for the rapid falls wash and the light said when i went threw it was for the deluxe wash ,I think my fj is dirtier now than when I went in , I contacted terrine ( missspelled ) and was quickly blown off . Never again , I will be posting picks , would not recommend at all

While I like the wash, when it works, you might want to think twice due to damage that they will not take care of. My Cadillac Escalade had a factory installed mirror ripped apart and they call it "loose trim" and are not responsible. This happened when they stopped the wash while I was inside and when they started back up one of the side brushes slammed into the mirror.

Tuesday afternoon, while inside the car wash, the system malfunction, causing a 4 - 5 car collision! I jammed the car in front of me 3 times, the only way to stop was to step on the brakes and put it in park. First instructed to reverse out the rear but that could cause damage to the equipment and my vehicle, then had me drive forward. The supposedly manager on duty was too busy trying to get the system back up and running. Overheard an employee state that they can't make money if the system is down! - like the vacuums and air guns.

- Sometimes the wash misses critical spots, which was annoying, but usually that didn’t happen

This place never disappoints! Excellent customer service from them always!! Today was no different from the minute I pulled in, Isaiah was there to make sure to get all the bugs off, Michael who cleaned my weather-mats or Sasha who just wants to make sure you got what you need! It is the best $20 I spend a month!

I live in the country and my driveway is a long and dirty. I needed to get my suv washed so I stopped by here. Staff was pleasant and I signed up for their monthly plan. What a deal. I come quite a bit and my car looks good.

We needed to get our truck washed before heading to see a client. It had been raining all week and we live on a ranch so our truck was covered in my mud. The guy working the car was at 7am in cold February was adamant to get the mud off and was really helpful. We were really impressed

This place is AWESOME!! Best car wash in Bastrop HANDS DOWN! Free vacuum micro towels and rug cleaners, great staff and smiling faces. Car wash does pretty great job for everyday dirty and if you aren't satisfied they will run it through again for free. Tony and staff are so friendly & helpful. Blows away the competition!! Rapid Express Car Ash opened about 4months ago. We have all of our vehicles enrolled in an program that we auto-pay each month for the top of the line wash service they offer. Over the last few weeks when we've taken our cars thru, we are getting the basic wash and NOT what we are paying for. Our package includes wax and tire shine. Last week I had to take my car thru 3 times before they got it right. I had to go to the office twice and complain, which they told me it is all computerized and if someone jumps in front of me, it throws the pattern off. Well no one was in front of me.
