I don't know why their overall rating is so low. I could not be happier with the responsiveness and professionalism they showed handing both the installation of my irrigation system and the winterizarion process. Amanda and Ivan both went out of their way to get me quick responses and quick service.

KT Irrigation is one of the worst-run companies in Northern Virginia. For years I have had trouble with them returning phone calls, responding to requests, following-up on issues they have identified. Because they designed and installed my original system with Toll Brothers, I have stuck with them. But as of today I am done. I have called them 3x to get my backflow installed. They have not returned a single call over the last 2.5 weeks. My lawn is brown because they won't return to fix the problem they couldn't fix last time. Trust me do not use them. They are awful.

I called several times and left voice messages with Amanda to get a quote on irrigation repair work I needed done ASAP, but never received a call back. I don't know what the deal is with this company, but I guess they don't need my business. There are PLENTY of other companies in the area I can go to. Peace out!

Called them to come do some work at my house. The lady on the phone , i think jennifer was her name, was rude and mean. I thought nothing of it and placed the request for them to come out. The guy never came, even though I waited at home for 4 hours for him. Then this same lady called back, 3 weeks later, and I missed her phone call. She left me a message trying to collect payment...eventhough they never came out. I called her back and she did not answer. She called me back a week later asking for the payment. When I tried to figure out for what and when they could actually come out, she hung up

KT Installation installed system for previous owners around 2004. No problem when we bought 1/2 acre home/lawns/gardens in March 2014; Spring turnon OK...excessive water use later in 2014 partially due to broken valve; 5 visits by KT Irrigation to fix problem. So, water turn-on in March 2015 couldn't be done due to broken irrigation system valve
June 1, 2015 irrigation crew tried to fix broken valve, tested system, decided to dig and move sprinkler head (when I was not told nor requested and neither was "Miss Utility" contacted) can cut our Verizon FIOS fibre optics line. Supervisor
