This company is hard to do business with. They are extremely hard to get in touch with. I tried making an appointment to have my system serviced and once I finally was able to speak to someone and set up the appointment, they didn't show and didn't call to let me know they weren't coming. I am tired of taking my time off from work to be here for an appointment I set up with them only to have them not show. Looking at the other reviews you would think the company is in trouble. I think the positive reviews are fake reviews.

We were happy with the install and final product but their customer service is horrible. We have been customers for over a year. In that time, they have not shown up for a winterization and when you call their number, no one answers and it takes them days to return your call. They have also messed our billing in regards to payments and their 2 year maintenance package to open and close your system. I recommended this company to our neighbors for a new system and they never showed up for their schedule appointment. I am not one to leave negative comments about a business because I understand things

Thank you to the Irrigation Professionals for my new system. My grass health is night and day. They were very responsive and fast. They made a mistake in not applying my veterans discount initially. However, I called them about it and they handled it very professionally by sending the difference back to my account.

They did a fantastic job!! They had installed a 4-zone system last year that works beautifully. BTW, they install a Rachio controller and it’s incredible. It’s connected to the internet and adjusts the schedule according to the weather.
Recently we had some major landscaping done and needed to adjust some heads and install a new zone in the newly renovated area. We were worried that all that beautiful landscaping would get messed up, but the pros at Irrigation Professionals did an awesome job and you could barely tell they were even here.

Had a good experience with this company. When they installed my irrigation system a few years ago, I forgot to mark where the inground control valve boxes were located. Fast forward a few years, I contacted them to see if they had diagrams so that I could locate one of these boxes and they sent someone out free of charge (and found the valve box). I also used them to conduct my first years spring/winter servicing after the system was installed. I would recommend this company to others and would consider them for future requirements.

Sorry there is no 'zero' star rating because I would use it. I contracted to have landscape lights installed March 2019. Today, 18 Jun 2021 I just paid another company to fix the shoddy and dangerous wiring that was installed- that was 500.00. The wiring techniques nearly had my house burnt down and the wires were also buried on my neighbors property without my knowledge--across the property line; whereby the neighbor's contractors severed other wiring when they put post holes in for a fence. Oh, yes, I forgot that when the installers cut an area out to place wiring near my sidewalk they also severed

Anyone using Irrigation Professionals for sprinkler work should BEWARE. They (or I should say the rep Geary Powell) promise you the sky and deliver zero. Paid $1200 deposit, no one showed up on the day of installation. Asked for a refund at the end of last month and got nothing. Sent a reminder earlier this month and was informed that refunds are paid out middle and end of the month. Sent a reminder for refund middle of this month and you guessed it, got nothing. Now having to go through my bank for a dispute resolution wasting hours of my time. Hope I

To date, Geary Powell and Rebecca, Office manager have not returned my calls or completed the work that they billed my credit card for. I am contemplating legal action and will contact my credit card company if there is no response in the next 2 weeks.

Can’t get on the phone, can’t get the through email, nor text message which they use to communicate with all customers. Pretty obvious that they are ignoring my request. After getting my system activated by a very friendly and helpful technician my system stopped working completely. It worked perfectly when he turned it on, but once I tried to run a cycle to get my lawn watered that same evening the system did not work at all.
