We had Creative Irrigation put in our sprinkler system more than 10 years ago. We could not be happier with the system and with the service received from Creative irrigation. They come each spring to turn it on and again in the fall to turn it off. They are always friendly, and they do a great job. Our yard looks great! I highly recommend this company!

Re-attached back flow attachment for sprinkler now its leaking promised to fix and nothing and wants to charge for more services, makes promises they can't keep and wants to charge for everything even their own mistakes! There are plenty of other companies that offers the same service but with respect t their customers, please learn to treat paying customers as such.

Just got off the phone with the owner. Or, so the person on the phone claims so. Lacks any ownership quality. Conversation wouldn't lead anywhere who is impossible to convey what happened, because they just get so offended for their own poor work ethics and start complaining back at you for no reason. If anything, I should be upset for scheduling lawn work at my property for 2 days and no-show of their worker or any call from this company to notify. Beware, she picks up cat fight and blame game and hang up on you, if you try to post an issue.

I have used this company (including when it was Allen Sprinkler) for 15 years. This will be my last. I have watched their service go steadily downhill. Communication from scheduling and from service personnel is almost nonexistent. My turn on was in early May, and I STILL don’t have a working system. They can’t seem to get their act together to fix a valve issue. I’m sitting waiting for the service person to show up. The window was from 11:00-1:00, and it’s now 2:10. I wouldn’t mind so much, but I had to call the office three times to find out he’s running late. Is it too much to expect

I've been very happy with the sprinkler system they installed and service routinely twice a year. For the first time, I called because a sprinkler head broke, and was impressed with the speedy response. The two techs were here right on time, friendly and professional, made the repair and adjustments, then noticed a defective part on another part of the system , and made that repair at the same time.

After over 6 months of in depth research and meetings with multiple sprinkler system installers throughout the DMV, we decided to move forward with Creative Irrigation & Lighting because their team was the most knowledgeable, provided the best site survey & plans, and provided the best overall value. Not very happy with this service. I've used them in the past and last spring I scheduled a back flow test and they just forgot to do it. I got a notice from the city that my water is going to be shut off. They were nice enough about it and did come out and get the inspection done, so thought it was just one of these things. I then I tried to schedule a winterization and called 3 times to have it scheduled and no one would call me back from their scheduling department to confirm a date. They kept telling me, "I am on the list to get schedule, just can't give you a date yet". I was on the schedule

My new home had an 11 y/o system that did not work from the get go. Called Creative to assess and see what they could do. Turns out the tie-in wasn't even up to code. They gave me an estimate to re-design and repair, and a new wi-fi controller. Sam and his assistant were great! The office was very professional from the start. Very pleasant to work with.

Outstanding service. Two homes over a 20 year period, installed two systems, 10 zones each, controllers, in-ground valves, rain detector never a problem. I have never had an issue with anything from this vendor. Activations and deactivations always on time and done right - even when I forgot to set the guest garage code - they would store my backflow protector at their facility for the season. Broken or dog chewed sprinkler heads replaced immediately. Highly recommended.

We did not and will not be using this company for a variety of reasons. They came to our home to provide an estimate to detach our front sprinkler system from our neighbors, get the system back up and running and possibly install a system in the backyard. Creative Irrigation came back to the home two more times after the initial meeting because they needed to look at the yard again and access our home…again. We made arrangements to ensure we were home to accommodate this each time. Not once did we receive a call or notice during those appointment times and no one showed. We had to call to ask
