Nick was thorough, prompt, and professional in his inspection of our new house at a very competitive price. I liked how clear and easy to understand his inspection report was, as well as the photos he included and possible ways to repair any damages he found. He walked us through everything he noted in his inspection as well as the basic features of the house during the inspection in-person which was really useful.

I reached out to Nick for an estimate to do a property inspection. Nick responded very fast, with a very reasonable price. Our realtor recommended Nick from Veritas Property Inspection for our first ever home inspection. I honestly didn't know what to expect but we had such a great experience. Nick was great! I wanted an inspection of a newly built home in Audie Murphy Ranch that I am about to move into basically for piece of mind but also to make sure the construction was done right. Contacted a few inspectors through Yelp. He was the first to respond back and he did so very quickly. I interacted with him through Yelp a number of times and, again, he was quick to give me answers so I decided on him. I was also conferring with my real estate agent. He thought Nick was both right on price and with his answers vs. the other inspectors I contacted.
