I am updating my original review based on my several interactions in the last few months.
Management were able to address all my needs in such a good way that I feel the need to take time to revise my previous experience. They are beyond helpful and addressed everything as of now. I couldnt have expected any better and I would highly recommened anyone to do the same if needed.

Application process was the most difficult I’ve ever experienced renting a place. That’s as far as I got because their 3rd party system wouldn’t accept the way my employer sent the information. No details were given on how to do it properly or a number to call but they had no problem keeping my $250 deposit for holding an apartment for 3 days that isn’t even available yet.
Also, this company owns a complex at riverfront that doesn’t have enough parking spaces for its residents but they still want $125 for parking.

I moved into the Concord twice from overseas. Both times everything was handled efficiently, safely, and in a very friendly and professional manner. Moving in and out was a very easy experience. Living there was very easy and pleasant. Management was always nice, responsive, and attentive to concerns. The apartments had a really great kitchen layout. The space was very comfortable. There is one thing that really is minor but important - the bedroom did not have curtains on both occasions when I moved in (the second time I asked in advance if they could be installed in advance but arrived to see

Great place to live! Minutes away from the Pa,Md line. Plenty of shopping and eatery and more for your enjoyment. Wonderful parks and bike trails for your outdoor adventure activities for the family. Parking is crazy at times due to new construction of more Apartments and renovations in the area being built but probably phase out in due time. Overall great amenities and the staff is very accomadating and kind . The upkeep of the Apartment building facility is superb the maintenance crew are awesome!

Do NOT rent here, would give 0 stars if I could. Unfortunately, I did not listen to the other bad reviews and chose to rent here. Cannot tell you enough what a mistake that was - if you are expecting luxury you WILL NOT get it here. They truly did the worst of both worlds where they charge you eye-watering rent yet treat you as if you are living in the cheapest, most basic community.
And yes, regretting is not an option as there is zero lease-break policy and also management will literally treat you like you are dirt under their shoes the moment you sign a lease.

I love my apartment itself. It provides all the amenities I need and I like that the gym and pool are available to residents anytime. I can't say that I have experienced the parking issues that others have experienced and can typically find parking right outside of my building, but during the evening between 6-8 parking can be a little more annoying that usual. However, my biggest issue is that no one is ever in the office whenever you call so forget about ever getting a quick response. The recycling bin is also always full so it needs to be emptied more often. The firehouse in my opinion is not

I’ve been a resident 1.5 years and have been pleased with my experience so far. Parking is an issue at times, and I occasionally have to park further away than I’d like, particularly around dinner hours when the restaurants are busy. It’s generally quiet inside the building, I can hear footsteps from the unit above at times but nothing too obnoxious. External noise, occasionally hear the restaurant employees out back ( but that’s gotten better) and from time to time I get a super early garbage truck wake up in the wee hours of the morning, so I’ll generally wear earplugs to bed to drown

It is great here. I would recommend it to anyone looking. Do I wish the pool stayed open later? Sure, but Memorial Day through Labor Day is standard. Do I wish the gym was open? Sure, but they are fixing the place up after a resident almost burn the place down. There is plenty of parking. Not sure why people complain. I guess everyone wants the spots right outside the door. All maintenance requests are answered timely and the staff are extremely friendly. And a big shout out to Kim and Kim who keep all the common areas very clean. I love it here and would recommend it to anyone. Keep up the great
