Since 2011, The Chain Link Bicycle Shop has become a well-known Bicycle Shop in New Braunfels. What started out as a hobby has now become our passion and we're delighted to share it with you. We're proud to have produced years of happy customers and look forward to continuing our work for years to come!
Seana is the sole owner of Chainlink. She sets the tone for the shop. She is a perfectionist to a fault. Although she is constantly thinking about how to repair or upgrade your precious bikes, she always has time for a smile and conversation. Erin is our most enthusiastic and energetic employee. She will definitely be the first persons to say "hello" when you walk through our doors.
As a woman owned shop we feel like it is important to dedicate a special area to women cyclists or women who want to become cyclists. Our goal is to provide a place to feel empowered and excited about the sport. From novice to advanced. We are passionate about helping and encouraging female cyclists.
New Braunfels Cycling is an Association of Bicycling enthusiasts centered in and around New Braunfels, Texas. Our mission is to develop the sport of cycling in the United States at all levels by bringing together cyclists, coaches, event promoters, community leaders, volunteers, and fans to form communities of those who want to see the sport of cycling prosper.

My husband and I needed our bikes tuned up. When we called, we were told very politely that there was a wait list and they would call when it was our turn. No problem, glad they are busy. They were true to their word and we got our call. Both bikes are tuned up and running well. A good value for the cost.

Delivered my bike to a very nice young man. He was very helpful in figuring out all that was needed for maintenance and repair.
***Update*** They gave my bike a great tune up and replaced a non-standard front wheel for me (it had been stored in a shed for a year) and I'm really enjoying riding it again. Thank you Chain Link!

I have been been at this shop twice in the past month. First a couple weeks ago when the chain on my bike popped off the rear gears. I had my bike back in 2 hours, well worth the $25 to expedite the repair. Today the chain popped other front gears. He stopped what he was working on , adjusted the front calibers at no charge. I will definitely go back..

I needed to replace a worn bike chain. Was going to do it myself, but by the time we'd broken the chain to make a measurement, the shop volunteered to just finish the job while on the stand. And while I said I didn't want to jump in the maintenance line, my rear wheel needed truing. They took the time to also handle that right on the spot. All the time I was able to ask questions and get hints and tips. Great service for a walk in, great price for new chain and whole job. Grabbed a new bottle of chain lube and was out the door. Support your local bike shop.

Such a cute place in the middle of NB and the staff was so nice. Brought my Trek bike in to have the back tire looked at and they stopped and helped me right away even though they were clearly steady with COVID going on. They replaced my tube and checked my other tire as well to make sure I didn’t get home and it had leaked the air out. Thanks so much for your hospitality!!
