The Mason Mills Apartments

I'm just waiting on our lease to end. This has been a horrible experience and I hate that my wife and I are stuck here for now. I can't list everything wrong with Mason Mill apartments in this review....just know that there's MORE CONS than PROS. Pay attention to what's "beneath the surface" when it comes to these apartments. Don't be fooled by the "smoke and mirrors". Mason Mill apartments are very deceiving. GOOD LUCK!

Horrible 2 years. I would never suggest Mason Mill apartments to a friend or family member. You are better off searching further down North Druid or Clairmont. Bad management. Only 1 maintenance man for entire property. Good luck getting things fixed. Everything was old. NOTHING NEW. Over priced. And people can make as much noise as they want (anytime of day or night) without any consequence. Just a low mediocre place to live.

I had a horrible experience. I scheduled a tour and arrived 15 min early early. The office had been open for 2 hrs and no one answered the phone. When a representative finally showed up, he brought me to unit that obviously had not been renovated and lied about the price to deter me from renting with them. The advertised/confirmed price through prior conversation for the townhome was $1200. When I met him in person it magically jumped to $1500. Save yourself some time and DO NOT pursue this place as a potential resident. The representative didn’t even tell me his name

I recently helped a family member move into these apartments and I must say the office manager is super helpful and responsive. We were traveling from another state and wasn’t going to make it before the close of business and Jeremiah stayed there until we arrived. The customer service skills were well above average and he always had a smile on his face. I am looking to relocate to GA next year and I am definitely considering Mason Mills as my next home. The management company has changed over the past year or so and we can honestly see a huge difference for the better. The office manager Jeremiah is very resourceful and polite. We recommend Mason Mills to anyone seeking apartments in the North Druid Hills area.

The neighborhood feels safe and peaceful and is conveniently located within walking distance from a shopping center. Moving in was smooth thanks to the elevator access. Management responds quickly to any maintenance issues and are excellent with communicating in general. The apartment is spacious and very bright. Beware there's no recycling available so if that's important to you, you might have to find another way. The garbage is easy to dispose of, however, through the garbage chute down the hall (you gotta open the door and then the garbage chute door so no one's leaving their garbage outside

So far I can't complain at all about my experience living here. Management is very professional, friendly and well responsive. Quiet area. Great location with many stores, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. I highly recommend these nice apartments.

The Square at Mason Mill Apartments has been a great experience for me and my wife. Previous residents of Henry County and our adventures here in the Decatur area have been a much welcomed change for us. Friendly staff, friendly neighbors, close to work, MARTA accessible, walking distance to everything... We are extremely happy with our decision to not only move to Decatur but also to reside at The Square at Mason Mills.
