Wonderful place to stay! We were looking for a place that reminded us of the old "Mom and Pop" places when we were kids. We found it! This is a family owned place and has been for a long time, I believe over 30 years. We stayed 5 nights and it was just what we were looking for! Clean rooms, friendly staff and light breakfast. Breakfast included bagels and rolls (individually wrapped), coffee, Orange juice, apple juice, bananas, apples, oatmeal. Toaster available to use. The room had a king size bed, refrigerator, TV, iron and ironing board, blow dryer and the shower/bath tub had a dispenser

I understand this Motel has been in business for a long time, apparently has a loyal following and is not hurting for business. They are a popular spot in Manitou Sorings because of the location, but they do not go out of their way to do the little things that make a big difference while traveling. This was my experience: I had to fly in last minute to care for my son who just had knee surgery at the army base ( during Father's Day weekend ). Finding a hotel was not easy but the Villa had a cancellation for one night and they were more than happy to accommodate me for a " discounted

Expected more Covid-19 measures put in place-- like moving back to individual portions of toiletries and removing hard to clean things like pens and throw pillows. Besides this, the bathroom really needed a remodel-- way too cramped for what it needed to be and the soap dispenser was ill-located in the center of the shower unit so not a comfortable shower experience. We are both average size-- less than 180 lbs so that wasn't the issue. Breakfast items didn't look appetizing so we got fast food. I won't be staying here again.

The staff was very helpful at providing my wife and I a king room with a GUCUZI:).
Pool was perfect temp, hot tub as well, both outdoors,(breathtakingly beautiful!).
Across from the stunning park and start to an exciting day of whatever your pallet desires!!
