I had gotten an estimate from tires plus where I live and it was $1400. I come to VIP to get my oil changed, and when you did your safety inspection you noticed the same thing that they did. But you had a way to fix it for only $300. Amazing. Everything was good! Work was completed in a timely manner and actually came in under projection.
In order to qualify for warranty coverage, your vehicle must pass a 40 point vehicle inspection performed on the day the repair is done on the vehicle. In order to maintain your warranty, you must have a 40 point vehicle inspection performed at least once a year on the vehicle, starting the day the vehicle is picked up.

Walked in to have them check the air my tires and was treated so nice from the person who helped me. The next day I walked in as the tire had an issue other than air. They were very busy but they fit me in and repaired it right then. Very pleased. I'll be bringing my vehicles here from now on.

I had been a loyal customer of VIP Auto mostly for oil changes and other minor repairs. The last time I took it in for an oil change I was charged a lot more than before. I asked Drew about that and he said it was because he used a synthetic blended oil. I took him at his word because I had not had any problems three before and Drew act like he is your buddy. When I needed a complete brake job I let them do it shortly before I moved to another state. Five months later I began hearing a grinding sound from the right rear wheel. I called VIP and spoke with the manager, Drew, to tell him the brakes

I am actually sad to write this because I thought I had found a respectable auto repair location. I have actually gone here several times with very positive results. This last time was a kick in the groin. I was lied to about the availability of a part and the price. I don't even trust that they replaced the part they claimed or if the problem is now fixed. I used to deal with a gentleman named Drew but he seems to be gone and so does the quality and decent service. I will think twice before bringing my cars in there again. Like I said it is very sad to have to write this.....I did actually respond

I took my car in thinking I had a bad wheel bearing. I spoke with the manager about the sound the car was making and before I could finish, he confirmed my thoughts and thoroughly explained what was happening. They were able to have the car fixed and ready the next day. Before doing the work, he contacted me about the repairs and gave me a quote over the phone. I asked for an email of the quote but never received it. When I went in to pick up the car, the price still matched his verbal quote. They were very accommodating, gave me a free car wash and I was on my way.

My experience here has been nothing but the BEST!! I've been coming to this location for the past 2 years and I feel like family! Every time I come, I'm greeted as I get out of my car. I'm treated with respect. The guys here are very honest and make sure that you leave more than satisfied. If you ever need work done to your vehicle and you want it done right without being ripped off, check this location out! Drew, the service manager is the man!! He'll take great care of you!! Plus they have really good gas prices and a loyalty program!

My wife's van needed a new head gasket and we got the work done at this place. We later learned there was a service recall from the manufacturer and we could have gotten this work done for free at a dealer. I would expect a good mechanic to be aware of recalls and to have told us about the recall even though it would have cost him that repair. Went back to them and they blew us off. Fool me once... Never again.

This place is AWESOME. I check in with them in the morning before work and they send one of their staff with me to ride to my office. Their staff person drives my car back to the shop for the oil change or whatever service I'm getting, and they pick me up in my car at the end of my work day. They text you updates about your vehicle and call before doing services that would add cost. I've found them to be fair, straightforward and honest in their recommendations. They give you a complimentary car wash with your oil change as well. Their staff are super friendly and helpful.

I am regretting bringing my vehicle to get serviced here. I'm also regretting having my girlfriend bring her car here too...after a questionable quote, I had them go ahead with the repair and upon completion, the price was jacked through the roof! When I asked for an explanation, the response left me shocked at the audacity of the manager. Never again...

I can't possibly explain how great and awesome this place and its employees were; but I will try.
We were passing through in times of spring snow and had no working wipers or headlights. They repaired the problems in record time at minimal cost to us. They worked so hard to get us on our way and we are forever grateful. If you need work done I would most definitely tell you to go here. Also, they were the nicest people ever!!!

Beware! I took my truck in for new brakes, because they were grinding. They insisted it was not my brakes, but instead was my tires. I bought 2 new tires (I had already purchased 2 tires a few months prior), and the grinding noise continued. I took my truck back in, explaining that the grinding was not my tires and I was certain it was in my brakes or calipers, because I could hear it coming from the front right. Again they insisted my brakes were fine and that they could not hear any such grinding. Against my better judgement, I took it in one more time to be looked at as the grinding was continuing

Just left this place. I had an extremely simple and quick request for a quote on some exhaust work. All I wanted was a quote. I wanted two resonators removed and two straight pipes welded in their place. Simple, right? Five minute quote time, right? I had an appointment for noon, showed up 10 minutes early. They took my car within a few minutes and I was told in 5-10 minutes they'd come get me to talk to the tech. Well, 20 minutes went by and I went to check with the woman at the front desk. She told me it shouldn't be too much longer. Ten more minutes went by and I was escorted

But today was different. This 5 minutes I am taking to write this review is so worth it. Three people helped me today...and get this...allllll were friendly and sincere. They had smiles. When is the last time your service people at ANY retail store has smiled at you? Seriously, its the easiest thing and I just don't understand why people hire someone who can't smile.

Paid about $11 for a car wash. About half way through the wash shut down while my car was covered in soap. It pushed my car to the exit door where I sat for about 20 minutes.
After finally being let out I went into the office to get a refund I obviously deserved. One guy told the other guy to get me a refund.
