Pros: Updated kitchen, relatively big apartments in size, secure doors, surprisingly safe neighborhood, clean and well taken of
Cons: little storage, constant slamming of the heavy steel door, loud neighbors, limited parking, recurring weed smell, rent is due by the 6th, they will leave a notice to vacant by the 8th in the crack of your door, management doesn't do anything about people parking and blocking the driveway around the complex (which is only wide enough for 1 car) neighbor has 3 kids and her boyfriend living in a one-bedroom, neighbor above has terrible taste in music and throws many
