My office treats a variety of foot and ankle problems which include diabetic wound care, ankle and foot infections, ulcerations, heel pain, sports medicine, reconstructive surgery and workers compensation cases. I perform surgery on ankle and foot fractures, tumors, bunions, hammertoes, in addition to minor surgical corrections on conditions such as warts and ingrown nails.
My practice is limited to the correction of foot and ankle pain, deformity and dermatologic problems. Patients' conditions are viewed from a dynamic aspect including treatments using medical, surgical, physical, therapeutic, biomechanical bracing and oral supplements as needed. Ankle and foot problems are explained so that patient's will understand the full nature and scope of their condition.

I had a miserable ingrown toenail following training for and running a half marathon. Dr. Fabrikant quickly identified the issue and took extreme care in ensuring that I was as comfortable as possible during the procedure. The relief was immediate and the healing process was incredibly easy. I can't thank Dr. Fabrikant enough for his assistance. The office personnel are very friendly and considerate. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Fabrikant.

I am a Type 2 diabetic with toe/foot ulcers. Pretty deep/bad ones. Landed me in the ER with an infection a few times. Went to Grossmont Hospital and was lucky enough to have him look over my issues!!! He's an awesome doctor who has the right kind of bed side manner I need. Straight to the point...encouraging me when he should and being rightfully upset sounding/looking because perhaps he thought I was not trying to use his advice? He definitely won't hold your hand but he's not excited to cut it off either! Well I should really say feet! Hahaha :-)

I met Dr Fabrikant when I was in Grossmont Hospital to have a toe amputated due to Gangrene. He has a wonderful bedside manner. His office staff have been very helpful in all aspects of my treatment. He is very knowledgeable while treating a diabetic ulcer since my surgery. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a podiatrist.
