Hello, my name is Tom, owner of B&R Enterprises and I'm a retired General Contractor with over 30 years of "hands on" building experience. Thank you for stopping by our website! If you are searching for a home inspector, I understand that you have many choices and that is why I would like to explain why I am the most qualified professional for your home inspection needs.
I realize that the home, or building, you are purchasing is a tremendous investment, and it is my job to protect you from costly major defects that are easily overlooked by the untrained eye. My number one goal is customer satisfaction. In my thorough report, I will record all of my findings for you, help you understand the implications of my findings, and direct you as necessary to a corrective resolution.

Services
B&R Enterprises is one of the few inspections companies that provide quality, thorough inspections on commercial and multi-unit properties. With over 35 years in the construction industry including water treatment, sewage treatment plants; schools; military bases, boiler plants; major fire and water restoration projects, our company is skilled and highly qualified to perform these specialty inspections.
What could be more exciting than buying a home? The experience of a new community, new neighbors and friends, and perhaps even a whole new outlook on life can be quite exhilarating. B & R will conduct a thorough evaluation of the home, helping you understand the property's current condition. Our quality home inspectors are trained and certified to meet the industry's highest standards.
Our Promise to You: Choosing the best home inspector can be a confusing and hard decision. I promise that I will treat your home as if I am going to buy it myself and give you the very best, most thorough home inspection possible. Unlike many home inspectors, I encourage you to be involved in the inspection process and voice any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your home.
Did you know that ASHI is the only home inspection organization that has "certified inspectors"? We are the only home inspector organization who has achieved TRUE CERTIFICATION from the National Commission for Certifying Agencies, a neutral third party. All other organizations, i.e. National Association of Certified Home Inspectors(NACHI), bestow their own "in house" certification upon their members.
You need a home inspector. When you hire a home inspector, you are hiring an experienced professional who has training and experience in the building industry. It is the job of the home inspector to not only evaluate the condition of the house's major systems and structural integrity, but also to evaluate how these systems are working together and identify areas that need to be watched, repaired or replaced.

Tom Blythe is my very favorite home inspector. His credentials are excellent. He is a retired contractor and having built homes his entire life, he knows the codes and he knows what can go wrong with a home so he knows what to look for. He is a member of both of the professional organizations that educate and regulate the home inspection industry. His skill that I appreciate most is his ability to communicate the problems honestly and with precision to the buyer so that they understand exactly what they are purchasing. He is always available for my questions. His prices are even reasonable.
