Tom Blythe is my very favorite home inspector. His credentials are excellent. He is a retired contractor and having built homes his entire life, he knows the codes and he knows what can go wrong with a home so he knows what to look for. He is a member of both of the professional organizations that educate and regulate the home inspection industry. His skill that I appreciate most is his ability to communicate the problems honestly and with precision to the buyer so that they understand exactly what they are purchasing. He is always available for my questions. His prices are even reasonable.
