I called Ed and he was available to do my home inspection within a few days. I was very impressed because the previous company I called wanted me to wait 2 weeks and they were expensive. Ed did an excellent job at a very affordable price. He gave me access to my home inspection report through a portal and I even had an option to take actions, like a "to do list". I never saw this kind of precision. Very high quality compare to his competitors. I will not hesitate to call him again and definitely recommend him if you are looking for a very professional home inspection.

As first time home buyers, there is a lot of unknown territory to walk into when making those first steps towards buying. And the home inspection was probably one of the biggest for my wife and I.
Ed came recommended by a family friend and we are so happy that we went with him. He is thorough in his work and his knowledge. I had lots of questions and he was always willing to walk me through each and every one. After our inspection was complete, even though there were some issues discovered, I felt very good knowing exactly where the problems were and how to address them.

My wife and I got ripped off in Virginia by a bad inspector who didnt notice that the house she was inspecting didnt have a footing and had three courses of brick in the foundation. We lost everything due to her incompetence. She came recommended by our realtor.
So, as you can imagine we were more thorough when picking an inspector for our next house. Ed Stiles came highly recommended from multiple sources.
We had Ed come to a house we wanted to buy in the Turtle creek neighborhood. He spotted some cracks in the foundation and explained possible causes but recommended we get a specialist to inspect
