Ron is 1st Rate Home Inspections' primary inspector and he is nearly a lifetime resident in Contra Costa County. Ron is a certified home inspector through InterNACHI. InterNACHI has a very stringent Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice that Ron follows. He takes pride in doing a very thorough and complete home inspection.
1. INSPECTOR agrees to perform a visual inspection of the home/building and to provide CLIENT with a written report identifying the defects that INSPECTOR both observed and deemed material. INSPECTOR may offer comments as a courtesy, but these comments will not comprise the bargained- for report. The report is only supplementary to the seller's disclosure.
I was very wary of selecting a qualified inspector because, like anyone, I wanted every problem to be found. Ron's attention to detail and willingness to provide explanation for everything could not have been better. I am very satisfied with the inspection and the report that came shortly after the inspection (which was very thorough).
