I'm going to keep this simple. 2 weeks ago I called and was hung up on 2x on a Saturday afternoon around 12. I really needed help with my vehicles issue and Firestone was recommended. So I decided to just show up. As I pulled up there was a bald headed man looked to be a employee having a make out session with a heavy set older female. It was absolutely unprofessional. I pulled away. Today I decided to try again because the noise has gotten worse. Well same thing bald headed man and the same female we're having a very Obscene make out session in the same spot. Trusted Jason to install a level kit on my GMC AT4. Faulty installation and wrong part caused upper ball joint to fail after less the 3,000 miles. Repairs cost more than $3,000. Do NOT go to any Arizona Firestone (3 of them) owned by McNutt Enterprises if you want a decent and experienced mechanic working on your vehicles.

Probably the poorest experience I've had with an auto repair shop. The service was shoddy, the prices were completely unjustified and there was no accountability for the service the provided.
I will be making a formal complaint to the Chandler Better Business Bureau, Chandler Chamber of Commerce as well a negative rating on Groupon.
These guys are a rip who don't care about their service or their responsibility to their customers.
This outfit earned a negative yelp rating.

Jason and his team did an outstanding job on my car today! In and out quickly for service on. My belts, transmission fluid, wipers and air filter! Under two hours and bill was less than what he estimated (which was already a great price!) my car is older so Jason even researched costs to replace my headlights while I waited. Gave me comparisons to help me make an informed decision. Highly recommend this shop!

DO NOT Go Here total SCAMmers & take advantage of WOMEN! I went here to get a simple oil change to get my regular High mileage for my car and the guy JK I dealt with on May 12, 2020 put in Gold oil instead of what I wanted mind you two weeks later I start having trouble starting my car out of no where. I quote him saying, "everything looks like it's running good just need your air filter change," he didn't even show the "dirty" air filter to me so I could see but I let them change that anyways because I trusted them at the time. I go back today saying and comparing

Went in for an Oil Change and came out with a leaking AC system.
I have never been to this Firestone and my wife received a coupon. The price was attractive so she went. The oil change took 30 minutes and everything seemed to be good until the next morning and the AC started to blow hot air.
I called and talk to Jason the next day and told him the issue and he said they didn't touch the AC system. I told him you did a whole diagnostic on the car and told my wife she needed things repaired even though she only came for an oil change. I told him to talk to his mechanic and I can bring

I've come here on and off for several years. I love all the Arizona Firestone's. Unfortunately this is the last one left and it's a 20 mins away but well worth the drive.
The service is always excellent and Jason is one of the most kindest people ever. They've help my 2010 with alignments, tires, A/C tune up's & more. Priced always fair and answer any questions I may have truthfully. Don't understand how anyone could have a bad experience here, they must not be car smart.

I had a great experience here - took my car in for what I assumed was a dead alternator and after having them take a look they informed me it was indeed the battery - they called me to see if I had it under warranty through another location to save me money. Luckily I did ! Very honest. I'll be back here for any future repairs and for oil changes.

Do not go to this Firestone location!! The brand new set of tires that we purchased ELEVEN MONTHS ago are now ripped to shreds after very light driving to/fro work each day in the Valley. To top it off, the unprofessional representative (who actually argued with me) blamed us for the poor quality, repeatedly stated "there is nothing we can do for you" and..."I can sell you four more tires to replace them".

Got a flat tire, and I rolled in just because it was close by. In the future I will return because the service and experience was fantastic! The manager, Alan, was friendly and didn't try to up sell me when it wasn't necessary. Naomi, a member of the office staff was super friendly and made a stressful situation fun and relaxed. I will always return here from now on for all my tire and oil change needs.

BEWARE! This particular "Firestone" location is NOT really a firestone, so the road hazard warranty that I paid for at a Firestone is useless here! Why would I pay full price for a new tire that should be less than half?! The name of this place is "Arizona Firestone" and is way below the level of service that I've experienced at numerous other true Firestone locations across the US. I will never be back to this place and highly recommend you go to the location less than 10 miles at 922 S. Val Vista Drive. They are a legit Firestone shop.

Went to this Firestone for alignment, 1,000 miles later I need 2 brand new front tires. Took it back to them, they bring out a paper with numbers saying it's fine. Only 11,000 total miles on these brand new tires. The 2 rear tires have normal wear, they are now on the front. Pretty sure the paper meant, it's fixed now.
I have a feeling I'm not gonna have he same issues this time. So don't go here, they'll lie on you and lie to you. They did nothing to help me, except put blame on me.

Service has really gone down hill. I took my truck in for an oil change and apparently due to poor communication it never got done. I used to take my company truck here exclusively because they used to be a decent shop. I would avoid them until the owner takes a little time to find capable employees.

Not a big fan. Hubby went here to get our car inspected. The guy quoted a repair cost that was a bit higher than what we expected. The mechanic tried to pressure my hubby into doing the repairs at their shop.
