I lived in Echo Park about 6 months (had to relocate due to work) and I was so upset to be leaving. This was the first time that I had ever had a good experience with an apartment complex, especially the office staff. They are so kind, and willing to help, also very understanding. The area was alway clean, and they were constantly doing things for their residents (donuts, drink bars, catered sushi). I loved living here, and I am always recommending it to people who are looking in the area. The location of course is not the most ideal, but if you are looking to live in a quiet, and chill area, this

I moved to Bloomington in October to be closer to my boyfriend. I came across this community on the south side of town, just 10 minutes shy of campus so you are still close but hidden away a little bit from all the college madness since I am a little older! but this community is very nice, its quiet, the management staff Laura and Leslie are very nice and helpful. The maintenance manager, Brian, is always super friendly and quick to fix anything you need! This complex is just the right size, not a lot of college students and has great amenities such as a movie theatre and a pool, I definitely recommend

My husband and I were one of the first people to sign a lease here. We picked out our unit while it was still under construction (hard hat tourists)! At the time with the complex being brand new there was a lot of turn over going on with management. We only had 1 true issue with the very first guy who worked there. Our 10 months there we made a family with the staff and residents. The buildings we’re pretty empty so the community was tight.
My husband and I own a house now and I talk about echo park all the time!! I miss the oversized island and easy lifestyle. I recommend it to

Very nice place. Luxury apartments - granite counter tops, washer and drier, very nice rooms.
Additionally, the clubhouse is very roomy and modern, there is a theater room , gym and nice pool out side of the clubhouse.
The entire place is surrounded by trees, making you feel like you are next to the forest.
I really like it.

Worst managed place I’ve seen. Still waiting on our MOVE IN SPECIAL from 2 full weeks ago. We were assured we would get the 1000 dollar card that following day or the following Monday. It was the only reason we chose a higher priced unit and moved in earlier because we were told we would get it ASAP and wouldn’t have to worry about coming up with the next months rent since we had just moved across country and did not have much saved. Nothing gets responded to ever and nothing is ever done about issues. Glass is usually everywhere in the back parking lot and trash gets built up quick. Also nothing

Initially I really enjoyed living here. The amenities were great. But I hate the residents who live here. They are rude, and constantly report you for stupid things like forgetting to move the trash can in over a weekend. Or having boxes out in the hallway while you’re moving. MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS. On top this all of one of the residents here stole two boxes of my things while I was moving worth over $4000. Shame on you! It was my mistake to think that Echo Park was a safe and friendly community.

Great place to live. Maintenance staff and the administration are incredibly responsive, kind and thoughtful. Prices are very reasonable. The complex is overall very quiet and peaceful, but the complex hosts community events in order to help residents meet each other, which can't be said for a lot of places in Bloomington. I'd definitely recommend leaving here!

Ridiculously overpriced and bland rentals that are neither urban nor forested as they claim. They cut down 10 acres of woods to build this monstrosity and then added balconies that overlook the backyards of neighboring houses. Bonus points for false advertising a dog park and walking trails, neither of which exist, and for promising to plant an… evergreen buffer between the apartments and neighboring houses (spoiler alert: they never did and its been well over a year). Know that if you move in here your neighbors already hate you. Gentrification at it's finest.

So far the entire process has been an amazing one. I just started moving in today and while they are still under construction so there are a lot of little quirks. Brittany has been very helpful and their service is top notch. All issues have been addressed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!!
