I setup an appointment several days in advance and made arrangements for the time away from work, rides, etc, to get a 2 hour car repair done there. When I called about it that afternoon I found out they hadn't done any of it and they said they couldn't get to it the next day. What was the purpose of scheduling an appointment if they weren't going to honor it? It was just a huge hassle, and I still have to go through the whole process again to get my car fixed somewhere else. It's also unclear if this is the same place as Koenig Lane Automotive or not, but it may be.

I scheduled an appointment several days in advance because another it's a complicated process for me to arrange to time off from work and rides etc. to get my car repaired. I dropped it off in the morning at the scheduled time for a repair that should take 2 hours. I hadn't heard back yet by late afternoon, so I called to check to see if it was ready for me to pick it up. It turns out they hadn't even touched the car, they said sorry, we need to keep it overnight and they would get to it the next day. I'm rewriting my review and if I could give 0 stars at this point... I would. I took my vehicle into Lambs Tire and Automotive to have a nail removed from a tire and when they lifted my car there was oil everywhere again. Same spot as before when I took my car into this place (Waldan's) this summer. I had them do a thorough search and turns out it's leaking from the crankshaft seal I had replaced here at Waldan's last time to fix the leak. This all cost me close to $700 (still have the receipt), when I told and showed these mechanics that they laughed at me and told me I was

I have been taking my cars here for years. They have done everything from complete engine rebuild on my 1991 Honda Civic after it reached 250k miles to diagnostics on a old truck I bought. These guys gave my civic a new life, now I am having a hard time selling it because the engine rides like new. I had to buy a disposable 2016 Nissan to get some of the conviniences of a modern car for daily work, but I doubt it will last 250k miles.
